- Peace of mind in regards to security for mail and data.
- Major reduction in the use of paper and printer supplies.
- Communication and productivity increase.
- Updates and upgrades can be difficult to stay on top of and causes editing of in-house documentation for end users as well as increased time to learn new features and updates.

Great software, easy to use, and you won't need to spend more money once you have it!
- Positive: we do not spend money or time on training for new users to start using it
- Positive: it can be used on any device, we should not buy computers or special equipment to be able to use these programs safely and freely.
- Negative: there are some tools within the programs that do not work well, or that get out of configuration when disconnecting from the internet.

- We can now keep work going from anywhere. It doesn't matter if we are on a job site or sitting in the office or working from home for a day or two we don't have to miss a beat.

My Microsoft 365 Business Premium Review
- Teams has streamlined our chats within each department so its easy to help out each other when problems or issues arise as well as having chat conversations in real time instead of the slower email option. This is especially handy when peopel are not working in the same space and cannot use a phone.
- All of our major communications, are done through Outlook email keeping everyone on the same page of issues within our organization or updates coming out for example
- Excel provides a simple system for creating our schedules, Tracking customer issues, project boards etc. having all these readily available minimizes time spent looking for information and grants more time for customer interaction and increasing service and sales.

You need this office suite
- The subscription feature makes it easy to keep track of licenses, and has all but eliminated the risk of lost software dollars when a machine goes down
- Paying a monthly per-seat fee is much more economical than purchasing individual licenses for each user or machine
- The Business Premium level includes everything an office worker might need, so we don't have to worry about buying individual applications
