The basic apps are straightforward and easy to use, especially since they have been around so long. I'm referring to the basic apps like Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc. Other features such as Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint Sites, Sharepoint Lists, Sharepoint Groups, etc. all require a higher level of knowledge to both implement and use properly.

Using standard software across the entire organization solves small problems that to solve, consume a lot of time, especially time spent helping users to work with new software,

Not only does Office and all the apps have a friendly user interface, but the learning curve for all the applications is very low, so users can get productive with almost no delay. In our organization, the migration to MS Teams took very little time, and now it's part of our daily work.

Microsoft 365 Business can be used for a variety of different things. In my opinion, it is up to the user to see how far they can take their goals and projects with the use of Microsoft 365 Business. The software really puts no limitations with what it can be used for and what you would like to use it for.

Microsoft 365 is a very user-friendly software that allows you to research anything by clicking on the help button and typing in whatever you need to research. All of the Microsoft family platforms provide user-friendly, how to guides and videos with their software at no additional cost. It is fun exploring the many things they can do.

Most people have used the Microsoft Office suite in the past, so transitioning to Microsoft 365 Business is typically pretty seamless. I haven't had an difficulty in getting my employees up to speed with utilizing all the capabilities.

The repetitive nature or standardization of their program functions, like File>New, make these programs easy to use for anyone new to any of their programs. The apps online take a little more learning, but this shouldn't disrupt a business's day to day functioning.

I can't think of any other program that would be able to compete with Microsoft. It's an all-in-one type of program, PowerPoint is great along with Excel and Word which are all mainly what we use here at this organization. The email and calendar capabilities are also what help us out the most.

Overall, MS365 is a game changer for any small to large business organizations. The best part is that any organization can tailor the platform to their own need without any professional help. There are so many tutorials available that one cannot have any issues. The simple user interface, myriad of apps and most of all great platform to store information on the cloud is fantastic. Apps available to communicate effectively with team and managing projects are just some of the benefits.

Microsoft's Office 365 is more than a set of productivity apps. Yes it does include the full downloadable Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Access, and Publisher applications that run on your desktop or laptop, as well as mobile versions for tablets and phones. It is, however, more like an online subscription-based ecosystem in which you run apps, access remote data, collaborate on files, and exchange information. If you get confused trying to sort out exactly how it works and what it does, you're not alone. In this review, I've tried to sort out the answers in a way that lets you get the most out of Office 365, because there's a strong chance that Office 365 is in your future, even if you aren't using it now.

Because we have most of the business suite programs, if not all, installed on our laptops already, using these products are extremely easy. They work seamlessly in our workflow and it does not feel like having to open new programs each time. Everything works under one umbrella, and thus the overall usability is rated quite high in our organization.

Office 365 provides a ton of different ways to use it - from the web-based apps to desktop-based applications. For the typical user, Office 365 is as easy to use as any of the past desktop only version of Office. For admin's, the admin console provides a ton of useful controls, but the interface can be overwhelming at times.

In general, however, the overall ease of use of Office 365 is quite high.

It's a solid product with years of tweaking behind it. Because it is cost effective and easy to manage for the less tech savvy companies, I think it is a no brainer. I really don't see why you would go with anything else. That said, it is nice to see Microsoft continue to update and streamline software that really has no competition to do make it do so.

The entire suite has a wonderful and clean UI, the buttons and functions are organized correctly and the colors settings are good as well. There is no problem to learn how to use it due to it being very simple to manipulate. The only thing I gess is not easy is how to set the shifts in the Planner app of Microsoft Teams. Also there is an issue with the copy - paste option in Microsoft Teams that makes it sometimes impossible to do without losing time.
