  • We make back our money on Microsoft 365 weeks after we've paid for it.
  • We use it in every aspect of our business from billing to project management.
  • It is compatible with almost every other software on the market and that makes it easy to do business with others.

  • All of our business operations run through a Microsoft 365 program to some extent. There is not a facet of the business that is not impacted by Microsoft 365 at some point.
  • Excel makes it easy to perform a profit report or even forecast future profits.

  • Negative - Improve the UX on how to "share" and collaborate in cloud documents. (It is easy, but seems like some people still don't know how to sync a doc, or share a doc).
  • Negative - When people do not use the collaborative cloud features, there are just too many document files and I think this is something that people carry over from old work habits with the "offline" version of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Positive - When used, the collaboration features are amazing and really accelerate the document review process. It makes it easy for us to gather feedback and track changes on within one file.
  • Positive - Communication with Teams and the integration of the traditional Office tools in Teams has seemed to help our team members utilize the powerful collaborative features 365 offers.
  • Positive - Creating presentations collaboratively has sped up how we deliver information to our customers in a very friendly, pretty, and digestible manner.

  • We have organised peak training awards all through Microsoft 365. All virtual judging has been conducted through Teams and managed through Outlook calendars.
  • With many other systems allowing for data exports to CSV, we are able to run our own analyses using excel rather than relying on in-built dashboards. This means we have been able to assess the performance of our podcasts, websites, apps, and more using the metrics that we are interested in.
  • Setting up templates in Word and Powerpoint means we are very easily able to make professional-grade documents for public consumption

  • I don't have any ROI numbers, but the best example I can provide is related to time. By connecting an SQL query to Excel, I am now able to update my most important reports in a matter of minutes. That update took me about a day before this because I had to manually download all data, copy/paste to excel, and then process.

  • We are able to track projects and productivity via the Planner app within the Teams app, allowing our team of 8 people to individually manage their own projects, assign coworkers to their projects, and create reports at any given time.
  • We are able to collaborate collectively via Teams and screen sharing, working on a project in real-time together, making decisions, finalizing projects.
  • I struggle logging into my Microsoft 365 when I have my personal account and my work account. Either one takes over and doesn't let me log into the other one or it won't log out so I can log into another account. I hate having two accounts.

  • Microsoft 365 has really helped our organization collaborate easily and efficiently.
  • It's nice to have everything all built-in together. For instance, we can share files easily between Mail, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • I cannot think of any negative impacts.
