  • I'm resentful that you're now required to go with a subscription option rather than a single license purchase for anything other than enterprise level accounts now. This has made Office, over the long term, more expensive.
  • Microsoft 365 has allowed me to work seamlessly with clients and contractors from all over the world and at a wide variety of levels of tech savviness. They feel comfortable with these products. It's a real relationship enhancer.
  • By sticking with Microsoft 365, I have avoided needing to learn a different suite of Office tools. It is the path of least resistance, freeing me up to focus on revenue generating activity.

  • There is no doubt that we are getting an excellent "bang for the buck" on this software. Microsoft 365 offers us so many useful tools to collaborate and stay productive, the money/time saved far exceeds any costs we pay for this software.
  • I also have downloaded the Microsoft 365 admin tool mobile app to my phone, which lets me quickly/easily administer user accounts while "on the go".

  • I'd say there's been a positive ROI since folks are able to properly do their jobs!
  • There was a learning curve during the transition to working remotely with folks not understanding how Microsoft Teams worked, however we are now over that hump. If Teams didn't exist during COVID-19, I'm not sure how we would have continued being productive.
  • I'm sure the security aspect comes into play quite often regarding a positive impact on ROI.

  • We have been able to reclaim our storage on premise by not having to host mailbox databases there. This has saved us on having to purchase more storage as often.
  • We have been able to be more flexible in working with fellow organizations by having the environment hosted by Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365). This helps with growth very well.
  • Using Intune to manage devices has simplified BYOD management and security. This was more difficult or not really possible prior to tapping into Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) as an offering.
