Microsoft's support is horrible. Yeah, they can come in and remotely correct a problem, but it just comes back. It's a fatal flaw in the way that Microsoft develops and architects and develops bloated, overly complex products and the underlying flaws that make Windows insecure and buggy.

I haven’t needed to reach out to customer support much. On the occasions that I needed extra support, I felt they were very helpful and responsive to the issue at hand. I don’t have any other specifics to share other than their support (via live chat) was helpful to me.

The support has been great. We had issues with an update and they were prompt when working with our IT team. For a program that is so popular, you don't think of anything else that would work as well - support is so important!

I have had a few issues in the past with Microsoft Office 365 not syncing properly. In both of these occasions, I have been able to find quite a bit of valuable support both through Microsoft’s online community forums and through their technical support team. They are always quick to respond and resolve the issue.

I have never needed to contact Microsoft to request any support for Office. Being such a big application with so many million users, there is generally always something online to refer to when needing assistance. I have had mixed experiences with their documentation. Some articles have been brilliant, where others lack a little detail and I have had to go digging elsewhere online to find an answer.

I have not had any experience or need to contact support for O365 yet. The provided documentation is very detailed and there is no shortage of articles and guides on various configurations and settings. Admin guides are easy to follow to set up services or set up hybrid environments. There are also lots of official MS videos for end-users to get familiar with the applications.

Office 365 has been a nearly perfect application for our business. Outages and technical errors are nearly nonexistent. Price management and user customization are simple and straightforward. The admin console is intuitive and easy to use. all of the apps provide access to everything that we’ve ever needed. The only reason that I don’t give it a perfect rating is the inconsistency between how documents are editable in the desktop and online applications.

We get most of our support through the web as it isn't based on administration or the web site used to manage Office 365. I've had to reach out for a few issues with the management site and their team was prompt and helpful to resolve our issues. Overall, though, we don't use Microsoft much for the support.

I would give it a full 10 out of 10 if they had given the appropriate answer to a question I asked multiple times. Other that that one issue, their support has been great and the communication/follow-up is outstanding.

When Issues arise, if it is not a PowerBI question (great forum), then there is a general delay for answers. The other side is if it is not too technical, the community on other forums does allow answers and questions to be answered in a quick fashionable timeframe without holding your breath awaiting a response.

Support is surprisingly great. Typically responses are immediate and someone will work with you until it is resolved. I’ve found sometimes getting scheduled time with support can involve a lot of phone tag, etc. but usually once you are working with someone, you can expect things to get done.

Overall, I would say Microsoft provides adequate support for Office 365. There are tech-net articles for literally any issue you could conceive. My only criticism is with Microsoft's telephone support. Most of their call centers are in other countries (India for example) and the language barrier makes it hard to get adequate support at times.

We practically do not need the help of the support team, even in the license purchase process we use the business partner. But speaking of feedback on updates and fixes are effective with sending emails about such adjustments and clearly and easily we can apply these adjustments.

Our support is handled internally. We have a large IT department and do not typically reach out to vendors directly I've never had a need to contact Microsoft directly for support. If IT has had problems I've never seen an extensive outage that would cause me to question the support we were receiving from Microsoft.
