- Strong community support for Microsoft group's Exchange product.
- Microsoft Exchange The product is very easy to install and deploy.
- Microsoft Exchange is user-friendly and options like send and receive connectors or mail flow are uncomplicated.
- In general, I think that supplier or business partner relations should be developed.
- Efforts should be continued to increase the internal and operational efficiency of the group.
- International Compliance and risk management should continue to be improved.
- Thanks to group e-mail, you don't require project stakeholders' contact details. Project managers may quickly give comments and information by e-mailing that group.
- It simplifies mailbox management.
- Favorite feature: calendar. This function shows which meeting rooms are vacant or full. Meetings are easy to organize.
- In grouped emails, you can't limit the list when you open it.
- Slow page loads. Needs work.
- Email synchronization can be sluggish, and there's no permanent solution.

- The product is Outlook-friendly

- Reliability- I have yet to experience any server outages or data breach concerns
- User Interface- Microsoft Exchange products are incredibly intuitive
- High Expense- Initial cost of the on-site server and licensing fees can be burdensome for small businesses

Amazing Tool to manage mailboxes and emails
- Easy administration as it helps us in managing the various groups along with their privacy.
- Easy deployment/integration of the company data on the server.
- Intuitive features along with their privacy control.
- Email Organization system does not provide feedback intelligently about the category an email should belong to.
- Managing calendar event is sometimes difficult.
- Email indexing or searching can be improved as it takes a longer time to fetch that data when on limited bandwidth.

Collaboration starts with Exchange.
- As we have a large user base of 11,000 users we use MailTips to avoid people getting confused with people with similar names in the organization.
- The integration between Teams Meeting and Resource booking is generally very good. The Scheduling Assistance makes it easy to scan calendars and find free periods to provisionally scheduled events.
- Marking yourself as Out of the Office and busy is easy, as is sharing your calendar within the team/organization or individuals.
- Voicemail integration and the ability to receive missed chats in your inbox are highly used and useful.
- Exchange Online has a limitation of only being able to send a message to 500 recipients within a 24-hour period. Bulk emails may therefore require batching.
- Initially, provisioning users can take a little while due to mailboxes being created and policies applied. It would be advisable to give a least 24 hours.
- PowerShell skills are recommended to perform bulk administrative operations. They may be slow and tedious from the Administrative Console.

We are in a hybrid environment with exchange on site\prem for mailboxes and some on the cloud using MS 365
- Reliable access to email, calendar, and contacts including accessing these using a cell phone.
- Very secure and can be used with third party firewalls systems.
- Reduced Costs and Flexibility.
- Updated a lot by Microsoft and is very popular.
- The two main factors for the better reliability & Uptime of internally hosted Exchange Server depends on Exchange Server configuration and the level of investment the organization is willing to provide for hosting the Exchange Server On-Premise Environment. As the data is stored in the organization’s hardware, any disaster may lead to the loss of email and servers.
- Losing data might affect business continuity and rebuilding it can be costly.
- Security remains a major concern.
- Security of data loss is main concern. To ensure that, organization needs to configure networks, systems and Exchange platform against possible threats.
