  • It has been an important factor in allowing seamless communication with clients and scheduling business meetings, which in turn works in the company's favor.
  • Haven't noticed any negative impact Exchange has had on our ROI. The support team is also responsive and helpful.

  • Email management is extremely powerful. It's not difficult to add new mailboxes, DLs, or even Exchange servers. It allows us to expand our environment as needed without having to endure painfully long outages.
  • Availability is high. It's not easy, but it gets the job done. The HA Exchange setups are top-of-the-line.
  • It has given us the ability to send an email that is predictable, dependable, and robust. Email cannot go down, and because of the way our system is set up, we have never had a major outage.

  • We have always had E-Mail, so the impact can't be easily measured.
  • We have had to spend a significant amount of money and resources on exploited Exchange Server cleanup due to security vulnerabilities found in Exchange Server.

  • As a positive impact, I can highlight that this tool or system has helped to keep the mail service stable within the company.
  • The investment is worth every penny and gives us the security that we can have the best emails that exist in the market.
  • Negative impact, I repeat the cost of the product, although they can lower the price a little so that those small companies that are starting can acquire this system.

  • The obvious positive ROI is that we would not be functional without Email. Exchange does it all for us on the email front.
  • Most users are fairly familiar with using Outlook and Exchange as a back end so having to train new users is minimal.
  • Having so many organizations use Exchange gives is a large pool of web based support to draw from when there are questions or issues.
  • The only negative impact I can think of is if things go wrong the process to restore can be complicated.
