We use this for our daily work email/ setting up a group or team meetings/Calendar sharing to view other members' free/available times. We also use it to document our own project-related communications and share documents within the organization. It's a great tool to communicate/ meet other users and keep project documentation and other communication electronic copies within your account. It's a BIG help in avoiding printing all of the documentation and easy to find/ locate information.

Within my organization, we use the Microsoft Exchange Server Outlook Web Access. For the most part, I have not run into any business problems with the amount of usage I may experience. I use Microsoft Exchange for connecting with other clients through Gmail, Yahoo, and other accounts also use Outlook to set up meetings and update my status.

We use Microsoft Exchange for all our employees, at our organization level as well as the client level. Our clients usually have remote VMs with different mailboxes, most of which also use Microsoft Exchange as the primary tool to manage all work needs. It is an excellent tool to work remotely, having an in-built calendar that helps with scheduling appointments and meetings and makes sure you do not miss any of them. The calendar is also well-organized to keep your daily schedule in check. The mailboxes themselves are feature-packed with the security and efficiency that comes with a brand name like Microsoft. I love the filtering and search option which lets you sort through your emails to find the most relevant ones. Working in a remote team that manages several applications, I get hundreds of emails daily that can be hard to navigate through to find the ones relevant to myself, but the Exchange sort/search feature makes it pretty easy. It can also look through deleted emails, which is a lifesaver. The storage issue is also not a bother. We also integrate it with O365, which gives you access to hundreds of more features with the entire Office bundle of applications, all over the cloud. Attaching and editing documents within the mailboxes itself saves a lot of time.

At previous employers, I also used Microsoft Exchange, and it has always performed admirably and provided solid, dependable email access. We prefer on-premise to hosted Exchange because it gives us complete control over both the architecture of our Exchange environment and the Exchange servers themselves. VMWare ESXi is also used to virtualize all of our Exchange servers. Microsoft Exchange is simply the best email solution available, and the on-premise version of that product is the best.

We have used Microsoft Exchange for the past 8 years for Emails, Calendars, and Contacts. Microsoft Exchange has good support for organizations which our company desperately needed. We have multiple companies and email domains and wanted a single place to manage mailboxes and user info. Microsoft Exchange helped us achieve this goal.

Microsoft Exchange is our corporate email communications system of choice. Allows our multinational workforce to communicate seamlessly and share files of all types. It also integrates well with all other Microsoft products, particularly the Teams application. Simply put it is the gold standard for email platforms.

Exchange is our email and calendar system in our company. It's an essential piece for our employees to communicate, and an extremely important piece for IT, security, and compliance to manage communication within our company. We utilize Microsoft Exchange to store email and events, all inside of the M365 cloud family.

Used for Corporate messaging, private-label email domains for partners, custom mail handling, and responding in a hybrid cloud/on-prem landscape. Exchange solved several business problems involved around brand continuity, automated customer communications, mail routing and rule-based handling, threat recognition training, and DKIM signaturing. Our scope was all corporate users, as well as most of our portfolio of 30+ house-owned brands and partners, handling all aspects of partners' email messaging for clients.

I use this software to manage my corporate email accounts and calendars as well as my team's calendars. My responsibilities correspond to the management processes of many people with chronological actions between them, so the tasks coordinated from the email are a great tool that allows me to do a better follow-up.

We are currently using Microsoft Exchange, and it has gone very well for us to manage or administer mail. All our collaborators use it and are pleased. This system offers the widest range of options for teamwork and collaboration with other areas in multiple ways, as well as tracking time, efficiency metrics, and multitasking. Commercial problems I can mention; are the multiple packages that, when making use of, the administrators or users do not always get the most out of it. The scope is the work tool or system that is among the most valued within the company.

I use Microsoft Exchange every day to manage emails and other Microsoft apps. Exchange helps me keep everything I need in order and greatly increases my productivity with its ease of use and ability to send group notifications. I love the ability to sync throughout the apps I use and send emails with just a couple of clicks. I can send things to OneNote, Teams, SharePoint, etc. Exchange really makes my life much easier without having to use multiple programs.

We use Microsoft Exchange in our organization to manage and send outbound emails from our on-premise servers. We have a hybrid environment and it's not always practical for mail to be sent from non-Microsoft servers through M365 due to limitations of the cloud. Using Exchange allows us to granularly apply options and specific parameters that M365 doesn't permit.

Microsoft Exchange is the organisations main mail server, a decision was made to shift to O360 so any in house servers are deemed as legacy servers, though certain older applications cannot deal with O360 therefore some locall hosted exchange servers exist to bridge this gap. Overall exchange in its latest guise doesn't really have any issues if used alongside O360, throttle was always one issue and organisation bandwidth but utilising a hybrid solution best of both worlds can be achieved.

I have used Microsoft Exchange for years over various companies. It is extremely useful when searching for and recalling archived information of any kind on the server. This helps prevent losing any important details, and makes it easy when needing to find them. You never have to worry about losing something forever.

We currently use it as the primary tool to manage all our email addresses, distribution lists and shared mailboxes in our organization. When our parent company bought us, it helped manage all the migrated mailboxes from our Lime Energy Tenant to their own tenant. We have a hybrid setup where we have a local Microsoft Exchange that syncs to the cloud and also syncs to our On-Premise Active Directory. This serves as the central management of mailboxes etc.

Exchange is used our entire organization. We do have 2 branches, one in Seattle, WA and the other in Kansas City, MO, as well as a few employees who work onsite in a variety of states. Exchange is used to communicate with these employees all at once to make sure everyone receives the same information without having to call or spend money mailing various literature.

The IT team uses it the most but almost everyone in the organization uses the platform for Outlook and other Microsoft functions. We don’t have many noticeable issues. The user side is fine, we have regularly scheduled updates and fixes during non business hours.

We use [Microsoft] Exchange (both on premise and online, in a hybrid setup at this point) for an organization wide email and communication solution. It is the basis for the majority of communication both internally and with external clients and customers. It allows all of our devices, both mobile and otherwise, to have on centralized location for most of our companies communication needs.
