It's convenient to use anywhere with browser. We can share the documents easily with common format.
  • We use Visio to draw diagrams
  • Web interface
  • Share across on the cloud
  • Visio diagram is not easy to export to word or PowerPoint
  • Visio does not support Mac OS
  • The auto save should turn on as default
Microsoft 365 is good for all my desktop or laptop at home. I can login my account and edit without needing to copy to locally. With OneDrive which will sync to everywhere and I don't need to worry about losing the document. I used Visio a lot just hope that it will be available at Mac laptop because I used Mac OS most of the time

We currently utilize it across all departments in our facility. It is a great tool that allows collaboration real-time when we cant meet face to face. The ability to work together remotely has been key to keeping us as productive as possible. The problem with old shared files and information has been eliminated.
  • Collaboration
  • Access to a multitude of tools
  • Data recovery
  • More flexibility of Forms use
  • Constant name changes need to slow down
  • Signing into more than one account is difficult
Overall Microsoft has done a great job of creating a lot of value for the product at the cost point. Instead of simply getting 4 pieces of software for a fixed some that eventually feels long in the tooth you now get access to a tool chest of products that are constantly updated. If they could leave the names the same for years it would be great.

The City takes advantage of several Microsoft 365 offerings. The entire city uses Microsoft 365 email and Teams. Several departments use Sharepoint and one drive. I like the features and searchability of Onenote. We are also beginning to use Wikis, however, that is only for the IT department so far. There are many more features we have not even touched but we are slowly working towards better use of all Microsoft 365 products.
  • The email solution is easy to manage for both onboarding and off boarding
  • Teams are amazing for messaging, video calling, screen sharing, and overall City collaboration.
  • Sharepoint takes a little bit to learn but is a well constructed product
  • Most issues I have found steam from security management and the multitude of selections
  • When you make a change to the user rights to SharePoint it sends them an email which makes testing difficult.
  • There are not enough how to documents or videos.
I will always recommend it for email especially for smaller businesses that are still stuck using Gmail. I like Premise SharePoint over the Microsoft 365 offering but the management trade-off is worth it. I would also recommend Teams for everyone.

Office 365, Project, Visio, Teams, and PowerBI are the service we subscribe to. Only Office 365 and teams are used by all organisations.
  • Office365 (Excel)
  • PowerBI features
  • Excel to link with Google Sheet too.
Very good for common use. Hard to integrate with Google products such as Google Sheet. (Integrate directly to excel sheet) also not being able to log in with 2 different users at the same time is kinda annoying.

We were using Office 365 but upgraded to Microsoft 365 when it became available. We use the standard options like Powerpoint, Word, and Excel on a daily basis for all sorts of things. We take advantage of using mobile apps as well. We are a construction company and it is convenient that we can push documents to our field crew seamlessly.
  • Software options are great.
  • Great service for the price point.
  • Cloud storage.
  • Overall, there aren't really any problems we have with Microsoft 365.
  • There may be one or two things in a software but nothing that isn't manageable.
I believe that Microsoft 365 is suitable in all situations. My kids are in elementary school and they use it almost daily. I use it daily in the construction company I work for. There isn't really any limit to where you can or can't use it.

Microsoft 365 is used across our business globally. It is the primary software installed on all computers and is also the main internal communication tool.
  • Cloud storage
  • Internal communication
  • Email management
  • Features available in Planner
  • Ability to mail merge with attachments
It is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and a standard suite for business use. Especially if you are a PC user it is a no-brainer.

Microsoft 365 is our company’s essential communications, collaboration, and sharing platform. Currently, our whole organization operates Microsoft 365, formerly known as Office 365. Nothing is challenging to figure out or use in this application. For example, we have Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive installed across the entire company. We allow our users to access their 365 accounts from anywhere and download programs to their computers as needed. It also has more features than we require. Our team works with Microsoft 365 suite products for basic word processing, data reporting, and individual project tracking. Time management, search, and progress monitoring are all made easier with this tool. In terms of email, Microsoft Outlook is the best, and SharePoint is a great collaboration tool. Microsoft 365 has provided us with real-world solutions and enabled us to use cloud-based applications. Except for industry-specific programs, it handles most of our daily program needs.
  • It is a cloud-based platform that does not require installation and is widely recognized. Users can log in via a browser or through a native application.
  • Usability and convenience with Microsoft 365 provide a great cloud solution that makes it accessible to access our content on any device.
  • It is easy to create documents for team meetings using Microsoft 365 because it integrates with all other Microsoft solutions I use.
  • An ever-expanding spreadsheet program, Excel has become more than just a way to organize and analyze data.
  • Presentations quickly turned into videos or shareable documents using PowerPoint’s built-in accessibility reviewer and tips.
  • It isn't easy to read white on white menus. I'd like to have more contrast, but I'm having trouble saving.
  • There is a limited ability to ask questions in Microsoft Forms, and the help sections are frequently tricky to locate.
  • It's not fun to use; there are a lot of glitches. It's not something that interests me.
  • Not all features are available in the web version. But still it is a good thing.
Microsoft 365 enabled seamless collaboration between colleagues and teams during the pandemic. Valid everyday-use documents, emails, charts, and data are well-done by this application. It is a cloud-based version of all Office applications and is excellent for essential documents, emails, graphs, data, chats, and communications. If you don't have a lot of money, it may not be the best option. It also lacks the capability of in-depth creation. There is a price to pay, but the long-term benefits are worth it.

Microsoft 365 is used by everyone from all departments in my organization. It is mainly used for business communications internally and with all the clients. All its applications from Word to Excel are useful for everyday work which helps in increasing the efficiency in business activities. The functionality of using this suite when online and also when offline makes it much more liked product.
  • Cloud feature enables us to connect and work from anywhere
  • It has very good security features being a Microsoft product
  • Very user friendly
  • Storage capacity issues come up every time
  • Frequent updates causes the features to change making it hard to keep track
  • Compatibility with existing system is a concern due to frequent updates
Microsoft 365 is best suited for business communications as it caters everything that is required for giving best experience. We can use it even when we are offline and use the cloud version whenever needed. Outlook is helpful for conversations with group and for sending files through attachments and similarly Word and PowerPoint make our daily life easy with its best features. Its robust security features makes it even more preferred choice for everyone.

We're using it across the entire organization. Since it's integrated with SSO and our base accounts, everyone has access and a license. It prevents sending stale files over email and allows for better collaboration.
  • Allows for collaboration with multiple people editing files
  • Provides a full suite of productivity tools to easily coordinate
  • The online versions of Word, Excel, PPT are cumbersome and missing functionality, and opening in the desktop versions removes the usefulness of collaboration
  • Managing sharing of files is cumbersome w/ several access points that don't all have the same functionality
  • Lists should be better integrated w/ email reminders
  • OneNote should allow copying between notebooks and searching across sections
Microsoft 365 is great for collaboration when everyone is using it. I like how a suite of productivity tools are integrated together. I don't like how the online and desktop versions of the app function differently. It's one of the reasons why I prefer Google Suite, because I never have to wonder where my functionality went!

Microsoft 365 is widely used across the whole organization. We use it for all kinds of communication and documentation by utilizing Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook and Planner, etc. Also utilizing SharePoint and OneDrive for Business we can store all of our files over the cloud which can be very helpful in keeping everything available at a click of a button.
  • Cloud Storage
  • MS Teams for Communication
  • Using Excel for Budgeting
  • Sometimes Syncing between different Apps does not work
  • Visio is Not included and have separate license
Microsoft 365 is very well suited for any organization that needs all in one professional solution of different applications to be used for their daily tasks. Also, all of the Apps are well integrated with each other which helps having the user have the best smooth experience. But Microsoft 365 is not suited for small organizations that do not need this variety of applications as it can be costly on them.

Microsoft 365 is a suite of tools to carry out common business activities and has been around for a very long time. I first started using these in the 1990s. We use Excel to process data in a spreadsheet. Word for recording internal documents. PowerPoint for presentations. OneDrive for backups and for backing up website data.
  • Data processing
  • Backing up your computer
  • Letters and minutes
  • Excel still has trouble with foreign characters when stored in CSV. I have to change the encoding via opening this in Notepad!
  • Could be quicker to load
  • At least the ribbon has remained the same. That UI change was annoying
It's good for saving private documents such as your business plan or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as the files are stored on your NAS or computer. If you need to share minutes from a Zoom meeting then Google Suite is better as you can share and invite people to view the document.

We use this primarily for email and other pieces of collaboration. It is strong in reliability and helps with communication. We have been able to do so many things with this including sharing documents and applications across many different types of devices. It is one of my favorite tools for the organization.
  • Email
  • Collaboration
  • Application
  • MS Teams could be a stronger tool
I would recommend this hands down, it's the best of breed. If you need email to be In the cloud, this is the way to go. If you need shared storage and documents, this answers the bell and answers it well. This by far has the fewest number of shortcomings.

Microsoft 365 is being used across the organization. It helps with content creation and organization. We often use Teams and the standard suite of creation programs (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Organization
  • Team collaboration
  • Content creation
  • Training on how to take advantage of all it can do
  • A simpler design in some apps
If you take the time to learn what Microsoft 365 can do, you will find that it is incredible for team organization and collaboration. I find the file-sharing a little cumbersome compared to something like Dropbox. But M365 integrates perfectly with it if you'd prefer to do that. So many people use Word or Excel but are not taking advantage of all that M365 can do. It is VERY a powerful suite of programs!

Microsoft 365 is currently being used by the entire organization. The cloud-based version is absolutely great when it comes to sharing documents with other employees.
  • Shares easily
  • Search is user friendly and easy to narrow
  • Improvement on sharing documents with people outside the organization.
SharePoint is one of the main reasons we love Microsoft 365, we can share documents instantly, and collaborate on projects together. The only down fall is the difficulty it is to share documents in SharePoint with outside persons.

It is being used across the whole corporate as a primary tool for daily email communication, team meetings schedule, meeting, and chatting. It facilitates communication among team/individuals, by sending emails with optional attachments of different objects.
  • Sending emails, to an individual or to a group of people
  • Allowing attachments of documents for better communications
  • Scheduling various events, like meetings and vacations with auto-reply messages.
  • Calendar functionality
  • Search is not intelligent enough. It is hard sometimes to find what you need.
  • It'd be nice if it allows one to set up time-off meanwhile to reflect it in other tools like calendar, corporate HR time-off request, etc.
Provides basic needs for emailing, vacation schedule, meeting,s etc. Tough to search intelligently. GUI needs a better presentation if one would like to compare with Google email. BTW, last time I used it is tough for Google email to attach a Google email (not reply or forward).

Microsoft 365 is a multi-use tool that is useful in many ways. From typing up documents in Microsoft Office to weekly meetings in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 is our go-to software used daily. It is used by all members of our organization and is necessary when running a business.
  • Industry leader when it comes to office software
  • Ease of use compared to competitors
  • Access to many tools and functions required to run a business
  • Great tool for any industry of work
  • Logging in to Microsoft can be tricky at times
  • Outlook is very useful, but can be challenging to understand at times
Microsoft 365 is useful in just about every scenario. Microsoft Excel is a great tool to manage and understand data. Microsoft Office is a great tool to process documents. Microsoft PowerPoint is a great tool for presentations. Those are just a few items you get with Microsoft 365, the capabilities of this program are really endless.

Microsoft 365 is used by our whole organization. This includes the following suite of apps: Word Excel Powerpoint Onenote Teams Onedrive All of our marketing material and presentation material is created using Powerpoint with a custom-made template. Although we use Slack for our internal communication, many customers we interface with use Teams, so with having Teams it allows us to communicate with them. We use the Onedrive or Sharepoint to share documents and material via the cloud and utilize the restricted access features of onedrive and Sharepoint. For documents that require to be exported to document control management tools, we start them in a Microsoft Word format then convert to PDF. Any time sheets are required, it will either be done via Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Syncing via the cloud.
  • Collaborative editing and creating of documents.
  • Clear communications via Teams.
  • Too many places to edit (in Teams, in the web app version of the application, in the desktop app).
  • Sometimes if editing via the desktop version, sync doesn't always happen smoothly.
  • When editing via web app or Teams version, there are limited features in the ribbon.
Microsoft 365 is a very integrated suite of applications and works well across both Mac OS and Windows OS. I think it can be considered the gold standard for creating documents, presentations, and taking notes. Where it lacks is the way it integrates all of its applications in the collaboration space. For example, when editing specific documents via the web app or in Teams, the ribbon does not have all the features compared to the actual desktop applications. I definitely like how the collaboration space is always constantly improved and is more efficient. It's a much smoother experience when all party members are editing via a web app compared to when some are using the desktop app. Sometimes the desktop app versions do not sync or connect properly. Otherwise, in general, I would recommend Microsoft 365 as a good set of collaboration tools.

Microsoft 365 has been rolled out across the organisation for all users over the past 2-3 years. The organisation has migrated from Office 2016, so most users are already comfortable with the Microsoft/Office environment. Users here make full use of the suite, but primarily use Outlook, Word, and Excel. I have personally been enjoying the new version of OneNote, but have most enjoyed the new version of Excel with new formulae being available (XLOOKUP being my favourite). With almost all correspondence being sent through Outlook, it is hard to imagine a problem that Microsoft 365 does not address here.
  • Sending emails and organising meetings through Outlook and integration with MS Teams.
  • Basic to moderately complex data analysis through Excel. Running reports and dashboards pulling data from both SQL databases, CSV files and other excel sheets.
  • Cloud integration for documents, automatically saving.
  • Collaboration on files such as Excel could be better. Shared workbooks do not have the same level of collaboration as alternatives such as Google sheets.
  • Outlook should allow mail merge to be sent from group mailboxes rather than the primary account.
  • Easier control over alerts from Outlook would allow users with multiple mailboxes to manage their experience better - especially where they may want to quickly monitor one mailbox for a short period.
Microsoft 365 is highly suited for business users - the constant updates and access to top-tier software make it an obvious choice. However, I would not necessarily recommend it for the casual home user who might just need simple word processing or spreadsheets. In fact, for these scenarios I have recommended either free software or free cloud-based software. But for business users, Outlook alone is worth the price of admission.

My agency used Microsoft 360 as one of our main data storage faculties and mean of communication. We utilize Microsoft 360 for Email, Document storage and exchange, calendar operations, and spreadsheet. Different departments have various needs for the apps that are within Microsoft 360, but the cloud function is useful for most departments as we do not all work on the main campus.
  • Communication.
  • Intuitive design.
  • Data storage.
  • Updating interface.
  • Some options in their apps are limited.
  • Feel like there are more abilities for users to communicate data.
Microsoft 360 is well suited for small to large companies that are looking to maintain communication within their company. I like that the apps can be shared with other companies that do not use Microsoft 360, although it would be nice to have a confirmation that this is happening. I am not sure if a small company would need all the apps of 365.

My department (Revenue Management) is the one that uses Office 365 the most. I send a daily pickup report (measures how many reservations we got the day before) and a pricing report (measures overall company performace) on a weekly basis. Both of them are done in Excel. We created a dashboard that is interactive so management can navigate the various properties and unit types we have at different locations. It was created so that management can have a snapshot of their business at any point in time. It simplified our reporting and communication by a lot since they have access to my department's perfomance almost in real time. I also use excel for my price reseach tracker which I update on a weekly basis.
  • It has a lot of options in one package (word processing, data processing, presentations, etc).
  • OneDrive, its cloud service, is very practical if you are on the go and need to access files through the cloud.
  • Its value for money is tremendous.
  • Doesn't have the same functionality in macOS as it does in a windows PC.
  • Better performance on macOS.
  • Excel could be streamlined a little bit.
Overall, it's the best package out there. You get a lot of value compared to what it costs. If you're into writing a lot of text, Word has got you covered. If data processing is your thing, Excel is the best player out there. You can even connect to SQL and run queries directly from Excel. If you do a lot of presentations to clients, Powerpoint works great. OneNote is amazing for note-taking.

File sharing, Teams collaboration, meetings, file management and storage, email, calendar, etc. We use it across our entire organization on both Macs and PCs. It allows us to have virtual meetings, contact co-workers at any time via their cell since they have the Teams app on their phone. We use it to share files between groups and people, collaborate on said files, store files for later retrieval.
  • File sharing and storage with OneDrive.
  • Collaboration using Teams.
  • Access to all apps from one portal.
  • OneDrive doesn't work on Macs (at least not ours).
  • I can't get OneDrive to work on my iPhone.
  • More functionality with Teams meetings from a mobile device.
It's great for enterprise use across an organization because you can easily collaborate via Teams meetings, calls, file sharing, and email. We've used the Teams meetings in very large groups (more than 100 people) and in very small groups and it works great in all instances. I like having the ability to mute someone else when their background sound is distracting. I struggle at times to save my files to OneDrive. I work with very large graphics files that include folders and lots of assets. Sometimes I am unable to upload all my files at once. There are also times I try to download files and get errors when I try to unpack the zip file so I have to redownload it.

Our whole organization (less [than] one department with field employees) currently uses Microsoft 365 as our main way of communication through Outlook and Teams. We also utilize Calendar, Tasks, OneDrive, SharePoint, Yammer, and of course Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. We especially love Teams because of the ease of use and the screen-sharing feature. We also love the OneDrive because it makes it easy to work from home or the office, and we can share folders/files and it allows real-time updates.
  • Teams is so handy. We love the screen-share feature!
  • I love the fact that we can use apps or the online version - it's so versatile.
  • Being able to access all our files/folders remotely through OneDrive has been a life-saver.
  • Using the online version of Calendar, I'm not able to update only certain individuals on an event. It would be nice to remove someone and only notify them, versus everyone getting a notification [as] the whole event changed.
  • I don't love how the online version is slightly different in functionality than the app versions. It makes it a little more difficult to seamlessly move between both.
  • Using the online version of Mail, some of the "Favorites" don't stay favorited. Also, I don't love that if you forward an email, it doesn't show up in your sent folder.
I think Microsoft 365 works really well for our company (roughly 175 employees, and all sorts of different departments/positions). We probably need to train some employees on all the features it offers, but those of us who work desk jobs tend to find and utilize the features well. It may not be well suited for really small companies, but then again, it might. It really depends on who is utilizing it - and it seems like there are many features that could be used for all sorts of companies.

It is being used across the entire organization for word processing and spreadsheet needs.
  • Collaborate on documents with teammates

  • Grammar and spell check to benefit from an upgrade.
  • Formatting can be difficult to figure out at times.
