We have purchased premium support before with the purchase of several hours of training. The use was because of an influx of new team members for our financial department. The extensive support allowed members to learn. But would be nice to have that support without the major cost of the training.

Yes, we did purchase the annual support and we keep renovating our contract every year. It is a great option to have when running into issues or problems with accounting. The MIP team is very knowledgeable and very supportive. They have helped me create reports to satisfy the CPA auditors requests during audit time.

No - we have had users with years of experience with the system. Only have a few issues. We use our inhouse IT first to see if we can resolve.

Yes. It is necessary to have support in order to have the ability to deal with problems that may arise from time to time. We have used the support system in the past and will continue to access it when needed.

There has only been a few times where we had to purchase support and in hindsight, it was not really necessary, it was more of a lack of training more than anything else. In the past 8 years, support has always been able to address our minor concerns pretty quickly and without escalation.

The support pack purchased provides us with a level of security knowing that the product updates/versions will be continuously provided through the year and that any issues we encounter are resolved as quickly as possible. To date, most issues have been resolved on the first attempt and within a very short span.

We do not pay for premium support because the product works very well and we rarely are in need of support. There have only been a few cases where we have needed support. Most of these cases were during an update and that was usually in the early years.
