Miro is used by pilot Agile teams within the organization. We use it mostly for retrospective events.
• User-friendly.
• Basic usage/Not complex.
• Practical.
• Suitable for sharing.
Cons
• Scrolling pages and using new fields is a bit challenging.
• It is necessary to search the area because it does not open at the last place.
I'm using retrospective events. It's helped me to create glad/unhappy areas. Voting options are also so useful.

We make an ideation workshop. It's very useful. For example, I write user stories for my companies and I make sole wireframes. I convert a lot of people to using this tool. It's very nice because you can collaborate and be at the same time on the same document. I recommend it. It's very easy to use.
• Wireframe
• Ideation
• Easy to use
• Template
• UX
Cons
• Sometimes it's hard to visualize.
• Need more free boards.
It's very nice when you want to make a presentation. It's very easy to explain to people. Sometimes it's not so easy to visualize and to know in which place WE are in. And WE cant copy-paste something from Miro to another chat or software. Sometimes it's boring and I need to make screenshots.

Used Miro to define org charts with the ability to update them as needed based on ever changing environment
• Organization of org charts
• User friendly - anyone is able to usee this tool with little background knowledge
• Easily editable unlike other platforms
• can depict the entire org in one place, not have to use multiple pages, etc.
Cons
• Could be easier to line boxes up to make it look uniform
• Make switching the colors more user friendly so you don't have to move the boxes around
I loved this platform for what we needed it for. We were able to demonstrate the entire org in one easily editable place. We were also able to make this into a PDF which was easy to present to those we did not want to have edit access. Overall it made a simple project that on any other platform would have been tedious and taken a lot of wasted time, much easier and efficient.

As a sales professional I use Miro to create org charts and evaluation timelines with my clients. It's easy to use and comes with many templates to build a org chart or timeline, rather than having to build one from scratch.

I also love how you it's a collaborative platform so I can share it with my teammates when we are working on a big project together.
• Collaboration
• Pre-Built Template Library
• Easy to use/Intuitive
Cons
• Training
• Company Adoption Programs
I like how it is user friendly, great for collaboration, and has pre-built templates to pick from - or the template library.

Miro is an extremely user-friendly and collaborative interface. It makes sharing visual information so much easier than it ever has been in the past, while also easily allowing text and numbers to be added to any workbook. I cannot recommend this tool enough!
• Sharing images.
• Collaborative updates to a workbook.
Cons
• It would be helpful to be able to copy and paste directly from Excel.
Miro is well suited for any visual presentation - it makes sharing images and pasting content extremely easy. I would not use Miro if I was working with main numbers and needed charts/graphs.
