I found that Miro was quickly and easily adopted by staff. We did not initially offer this product to all staff during our evaluation phase. Word quickly spread and we now have a steady stream of people asking for a license! Managing users and licenses is quite easy, so this gradual rollout has been a breeze.

As mentioned, Miro's user interface is intuitive and visually appealing. Navigating the platform is a breeze, even for those who are new to it. The ease of use ensures that team members can quickly adapt and start collaborating effectively without a steep learning curve. For us, it was very easy to implement to the teams tech stack.

Overall great implementation of Miro vast products.
Overall good UX and easy-to-use - however it may be even improved.

I would re-emphasize my inputs on GenAI as I strongly believe this is the future and should further advanced and developed:

The new GenAI tool is a great addition - however limited to only specific element and to a specific and pre-defined tasks.
  1. I would further appreciate if it would be able to further expanded and support more commands or even support manual/custom instructions to the AI. Also Each element current holds its own limited command - thus you cannot execute AI commands on a group of different elements, which is very limited.
  2. I'm a great advocate of AI and believe that this is the future, so it's amazing to see Miro adapts to the latest advances.
  3. However, there's so much that should and could be done, and now when AI tools gives you the freedom to do possibly anything, It's bad to see that it's actually limiting the user.I have deep and rich experience with AI tools and their implementations in various tools, thus I feel strongly the lack and limitation of AI usage within Miro.
  4. I have to many ideas and capabilities that would skyrocket Miro, thus make me feel so much limited with the current implementation of AI.
  5. I trust the Miro team to further expand it, I'd be happy to get on another call with the team and share my experience and vision.

Not really. It's the same as any other new collaboration product: it's important to take the time to teach people the basics of how the product works, demonstrate and give them a chance to try out the specific features I'll be asking them to use in any given session, and having a plan to accommodate people who are unable to access Miro for whatever reason.

n/a I was not involved in the implementation of miro at portable, but i have been involved in the implementation of miro at another organisation. we stuck with the free version because you can do a lot with thta. we tended to use the free version as a non-profit it was difficult to justify the expenditure.
