Miro use in our organisation has grown organically. We are a construction organisation and technology adoption generally occurs only when people see the value it provides. This is generally achieved by participating in an online workshop.

I discovered Miro when it was still Real Time Board and it was easy for me to use. I am a devout technology hater, so when I discovered that I could use it easily, I knew that our tutors and students would be able to as well. I only wish that Miro would announce in advance when features would be changed for free users.

I was on one of the pilot teams that first used Miro. We used a test region for a couple of weeks and was able to do a little bit of training with our teams. One we were ready to go live, getting the licensing part straight was not a fun process. It took some time to get all my team members a license, access to the board, and basic training on how to use Miro. But, I must say, the benefit has been worth it.

We implemented Miro in our organization very easily. Miro is easy to use and simple to implement. It has lots of amazing features for the team like roles and other things. it helps us to define specific roles for senior members which is very awesome. It helped us to reduced our project development timings and improved our efficiency.

Parts of our organization have been using Miro for years ad more recently the rest of the company was given access and licenses. Due to this our teams/groups/spaces are not setup in the best way. Oftentimes someone creates a board in a space that is not accessible to other teams they are working with and board access can be a hassle. Also security ratings for boards were implemented later, which restricted copy and pasting from one board to another so that was a bummer as a loss of feature.

Implementing Miro was the easiest and simplest experience that we ever had. It was so smooth, and the entire implementation took us very little time, but we got it up and running very quickly. It was so easy to customize and integrate it into our existing working infrastructure.

Too much license management needed per person. Costs per person etc. would be easier to have a corporate license that was not based on users, but on usage or something like that.

The implementation of Miro into our organization was so swift and straightforward and we were very much pleased with how everything went in accordance with the plan. The highlight of it all was the ease of customization which allowed us to have Miro set up in alignment with our needs and specifications.

More than just been a smooth experience implemeting Miro, setting it up and integrating it into our previously existing work framework was so simple. Miro gave us the easiest time customizing it so as to fit the specific needs that we wanted it to approach. The key insights were how incredible the customer support team were in assisting us with all the help we needed to implement Miro.
