Not sure I know what implementation means? It was a bit confusing that two different "Teams" were created when the business got an enterprise account. I sometimes have a hard time remembering how to find a board I'm looking for. I wish the search bar would pull content (text) from the board, if there were no results with that title.

At first, it was really hard to figure out how to navigate throughout Miro, but once that was figured out, it made a lot of sense for our team. We don't have a lot of people who are willing to learn how to use Miro, so there are only a couple of us that run our stand-ups.

Please include more fonts for sticky notes. Please have an option for font size in sticky notes to be fixed i.e. it does not autosize. Please make it easier to copy and paste boards to other projects. Please work with some users and see the specific minor difficulties they have when trying to select multiple items, particularly when they're inside frames. More general note: some users such as me, use Sticky notes a lot: it would be great to be able to Bold, Italicise, and do a lot inside a sticky note

Miro has universal integration capabilities and works with a great number of third party applications. The implementation in itself is quite straight forward. Although many people will choose to use the browser version, Miro can also be used on Windows and Macs, as well as iOS and Android. Indeed, the support is pretty good, including 32- and 64-bit Windows versions, apps are optimized for Macs running Intel and Apple silicon, and interactive displays.

I am one of two administrators, and while I was not responsible for setting Miro up in our domain, we had oversight of the series of emails informing us of the onboarding stages. One slight drawback I had on this was that the emails were staggered too much, meaning on one occasion we were ready to move onto stage 3/3 but had not yet received that email to advise us on the steps to take.

My supervisor was the one that implemented it. In all honesty it was just dropped in my lap one day and I was expected to use it. I am fairly good with figuring these things out and Miro is super intuitive so I did not have any problems but there really wasn't much more than that.

I don't have much insight on the implementation, since I have mainly been a user of Miro. but from my observation as an user, it seemed that we implemented it pretty quickly and everyone learnt how to use it very quickly, thanks to its intuitive UI and UX design.

The implementation of Miro across the organization was simple because it is hosted in a cloud provider and the team did not have to deal with infrastructure issues. Most of the effort was spent in assigning "admin" accounts that would manage the creation of teams and projects. All new members create their accounts and are vetted by the "admins" to decide what team(s) and project(s) they should be added.

I do not have any key insights regarding the implementation of Miro. It sort of just happened for me. I did not have any formal training or any guide as to how I should use it. It was just a new fancy tool that I learned myself and taught myself different ways to implement in my day to day.

1) Clearly define objectives and use cases for Miro implementation.
2) Engage stakeholders early to ensure buy in & alignment.
3) Provide full training and support resources.
4) Start with small pilot projects and scale gradually.

I found the most success when emphasizing how much easier it is to find files on a visual Miro board than in an array of nestled files. The most important thing to use Miro successfully is to have a dedicated point-person in charge of maintaining and updating the board regularly

Miro has a simple and straightforward implementation process. It supports mobile application which makes it extremely easy to access from anywhere anytime. Also it seamlessly integrates with other existing softwares such as Google Calendar, Gmail etc.

It would have been better if my company had given us training on how and why to use Miro and if they had given out more licenses. Them not doing this wasted a lot of my time, trying to train others and troubleshoot their login access to my boards.

I highly suggest a soft roll that allows a few users to become recognized experts and then at the time of official rollout have training in place along with well established templates that will aid new users.
Also depending size of company, school or organization, allow for the first 10 minutes of every meeting Miro-cize until everyone is comfortable with Miro.
