Dragging with the right click button compared to the standard left click takes some getting used to.

Everything is laid out very easily in the site. The sticky notes are obvious, as well as text boxes and other features due to the shapes of the icons, and descriptions when you hover over the boxes or that are stated right there in the title for the feature. I have introduced Miro to newcomers on my team and they pick it up in a matter of hours.

I find it extremely intuitive and easy to use. I have had no formal training, but I feel like I have just scratched the surface in terms of functionality even after using it for a few years. You can do so much in Miro quickly with a very small learning curve.

The product is very intuitive and easy to use. I did not needed any get started guide other than the context-sensitive user guiding provided in app.
I create boards and usually share with other users for collaborations so all they need to do is use the sticky notes and write texts. For new users they might need some guidance on how to duplicate or delete but I´d say guidance is minimal.

A clean and user-friendly interface contributes to better usability. Users should be able to find and use tools without unnecessary complications. A platform with a smoother onboarding process and easy-to-understand features can enhance usability.

I find Miro overall very easy to use.
Having a large variety of templates for so many different use cases, allows you to start working immediately, without too much effort. And if a template doesn't completely fulfill your needs, you can easily customize it. And then comes another great aspect, that you can create your own templates and share them with other teams.

It makes a lot of sense, but does take some time if you're coming in from more "traditional" work tools, like Powerpoint. Once you understand the mental model and setup it is pretty intuitive, and relatively flexible to create the type of work you want.

I'd rate Miro's overall usability at a stellar 8. The platform's intuitive design facilitates seamless collaboration and creative workflows. The user-friendly interface and versatile tools enhance productivity. However, there's always room for improvement, and an 8 reflects a positive experience with a slight potential for further optimization.

As someone who is not familiar with Mac products, particularly Photoshop, I needed to learn how to move elements around the board before it became very usable for me. This happened quickly but I think a note that familiarity with with this system of interaction with tech might be useful to users like me.

I think it's very easy to use. There are lots of short cuts for quick use and no overly complicated ways you have to find things. Sometimes my coworkers don't know what certain icons mean, but I think that's a lack of them clicking around on things. I always suggest just playing around with everything and you can hit control Z to undo it :) I did take a bunch of Miro trainings to learn more features and become a stronger user, which I would recommend to any user.

Miro is very easy to use and you can easily learn by doing. The tool box is quite intuitive with easy icons to identify the key actions you can do. It's useful to login and gain access to more tools that help you run workshops (e.g. time management, voting, etc.)

Miro is user friendly, however it still has some work to do on shortcuts and simplifying how it is set up. Great for all experienced and tech-savy people, but a slightly more uphill struggle for people with less tech-knowledge.
