Mitel MiCollab Softphone That Replaces Your Desk Phone!
- This has been a great investment for the company I work for.
- The only downside is end-users getting one headset for home and work as some have broken them during transport and each headset is over $100 which can get costly if there are a lot of users and they break their first headset.
- Headsets are not fully needed as PC speakers can be used as well as the internal mic but then all calls are similar to putting someone on speakerphone.
- [I felt] it was a waste of licensing dollars because we didn't use the product due to its difficulty and limitations.
- It could provide ROI for small, Mitel-familiar teams vs paying for a different service.
- Having a singular platform with all the necessary features for communication and collaboration has saved my organization both time and money.
- The first-rate customer support has made integration and onboarding with new employees fast and easy.
- The ability to share feedback and collaborate in real time has improved client outcomes through more robust services being provided.

- I'm not privy to the overall ROI from the enterprise perspective, but our organization switched to Microsoft Teams a couple years ago, if that is an indicator

My my my Mitel - figure out who you want to be
- This product was competitively priced when originally purchased. We will need to evaluate whether to replace it when it approaches the end of life or simply upgrade it.
- Users typically only use the phone system because the collaboration tools have been superseded in functionality by other tools.

Mitel? Do tell!
- I'm not a person in a position to really speak to this question as I'm only a user and not involved in purchasing such services. Overall, though, I believe we switched to this to save money and since we seem to be sticking with it, I have to assume that objective has been achieved.
- It allows us to expand our company and configure in many different ways that other systems simply cannot. We have streamlined our overall operations by not only using MiCollab but using Mitels entire communications software(s).
- We need the ability to Tenant systems, route calls very specifically and much more. While MiCollab does not allow this (yet) we have this set up through other MiTel softwares to get the job done.

- Decent app for phones as well - helps with twinning on Mitel

Mitel MiCollab is Mighty Fine!!
- We have only had this for our organization for just a few months but hopefully it will help with our communication as a whole.
- We are hoping it will help with scheduling conflicts being as we can share our calendars within the organization as a whole.
- Will save time on trying to contact people since we can see who is in office and out of office!
