I feel monday.com is easier to use than the others listed. Specifically, I used to use Trello in the past and I really liked it. I even recommended others to use it but since working in monday.com, I found it has so many more features that meet our teams needs and we have found many advantages to using monday.com.

monday.com has the only interface that is 100% customizable, can use public and private boards, can be shared with customers, produce Gantt charts, and has THE MOST integrations "in house". The professional relationships that monday.com has established to be "on board" with integrating shows that monday.com listens to its users, and implements changes within its business based on the needs.

I searched for some other alternatives like monday.com, and I also tried them. For example, I have experience with Sloneek. But monday.com just feels different. I think it beats the competition in every way. You can also use monday's free version, and it is still a good task manager even with the fact that you cannot use all its services, and not every other software like this allows you to use it for free.

The easy of use and configuration is where monday.com has had an advantage. The ability for all our users to startup on the platform has helped to incorporate it into our enterprise environment quickly.

Actually, monday.com and Trello, although they are digital board systems, are both very different from each other. Trello is a simpler system that, although its function is also the organization of tasks, its visual system gradually overwhelms the user by "piling up" each post it with the required task; On monday.com, when your space is more organized, you can be sure that that frustration will no longer be a problem.

monday.com is simpler and easier to grasp, apply and navigate than ClickUp, but the ClickUp free version has so much more functionality available than the monday.com free / low-cost options (sorry, but it's true!).
Google Tasks is really simple and I shouldn't really compare them - it's just really nice to be able to see my tasks right next to my Google Calendar or Gmail (widget) - the "all on one" view on the screen is really nice ease of access, but the power of monday.com outweighs the nice-to-have of an all-in-one screen layout - it feels clumsy to bring in all my Calendar items from Google to monday.com, so an integration app to the Google screen where you can see monday.com tasks would be amazing.

Jira can be complicated to setup, but offers the most versatility. Basecamp is simple to use; however, doesn't provide everything a team or many teams may need. Monday fits in the middle and is easy to use and versatile.

Trello is a lot harder to use; it has fewer integrations and becomes quite messy quite quickly You are forced to use only the available formats and cannot change to suit your needs, etc. It is a very basic tool in comparison to Monday.com. We struggled quite a lot to get on board with it!

Trello is much simpler, as it doesn't have the bandwidth to deal with much larger or complex projects. Notion - I do like it, but I find it more handy to store a base of shared knowledge. I think Monday is better for tactics/strategy/timelines/deadlines. If I had to choose one or the other, it would be Monday because everything falls on deadlines.

I think monday.com is a more complete tool than Asana or Trello. It has many more features and help for many other things, such as integrations and automations.

I didn't select monday.com. The company where I work did it and I don't really know why.

I have never evaluated any other projects. I was so impressed with the intuitive user interface of monday.com that I looked no further. In the time that I set up the system during the trial period, I found that usin monday.com was easy and did not require a great learning curve before I could be productive. I can only expect that as I learn more about monday.com that I will be even more pleased with what I am able to accomplish.

I'd put monday.com and Asana on par, then ClickUp and lastly Jira. Jira would be more appropriate for exclusively technology engineering teams. Jotform offers better choices for forms use cases especially ones with complexity. Zoho makes more sense when you have the full suite, but you should still prefer monday.com or Asana for productivity management. Of course, Google Workspace is the bedrock of organisational productivity and Sheets/Forms/Drive are the goto for once off monday.com addon equivalents, and DocHub for signature management and signed document vaulting.

Airtable served us well for data management. However, our senior management told us Project Managers we would no longer be using Airtable. monday.com serves us well with project management AND light-weight database usage.

Workfront served we Project Managers very well. However, Workfront was never going to be accepted by our non-Project Managers for managing their projects. monday.com's ease of use and colorful UI build adoption among our non-PMs.

monday.com molds to your business and tracks the information only you want to see. Other platforms I worked with they have a standard format and you cannot manipulate the data very easily. The other platforms aren't user friendly they are more for developers and not users. monday.com caters to the user and easy to navigate through.

I do think that monday.com can be utilized as a service desk or DevOps board, but that service-specific software such as ServiceNow or MS Azure DevOps is better suited for those for medium and large-sized companies.

Zendesk is more for support, monday.com is more complete than the zendesk platform but in the future i want to change the dev part, because In bugs when somebody send a data in the form, the platform could send the id ticket to the email provided, I like it in the future

We have converted using spreadsheets over to Monday and so far everything is going well. Things are more organized and you don't have to worry about bookmarking a bunch of Excel pages. Everything is in one place and easy to access for the whole team.
