I use it to receive general employee communications. I use it to access development and competency documents. To access company policies and procedures. As a physiotherapist, I also gain access to projects that are currently running and those that have been run in the past. I can also gain quick access to shared documents and spread sheets.

We use monday.com to organize our talent management. Between their payment protocols and contracts, it is imperative to have an organized and visible list. This way, our whole team can be on the same page. We also use it to track the yearly earnings so that talent can have visibility for their own tax purposes.

The business uses monday.com in many different ways storing information in different boards and none linking to each other. The data we hold could be really powerful if the boards were able to be pulled together. For example, we needed a tool for use in the project management that was easy to use, build and create. This was as simple as it came we get (almost) what we require and this has been well received around the departments that will be stakeholders in the roll out to clients and colleagues. This is phase 1 and are looking at linking other boards that our business uses to create a major piece of technology that pulls all departments data together. We are now also looking to link in project reporting and dashboards to present to clients which again will be a powerful method of communication

When I was hired as a manager of operations and client contact, I quickly identified a weakness in our communication and task-tracking. I shopped around for some solutions. monday.com has been a game-changer in how we communicate tasks and progress internally. As a small team where each employee wears several hats, the management of our clients and the services we provide can quickly become "noisy." monday.com has relieved a lot of the stress that comes with our high-paced environment. In addition to using for tasks, we are now using it also for our CRM and it has NEVER been easier having everything all in one place.

We use it to organise our internal processes. For example our customer onboarding pipelines are fully organised through monday.com. We also use it for technology inventory management where we can keep track of different assets, communicate around changes to those assets, problems faced etc. In this way it becomes a continuous record of interactions around specific assets.

I think for distributed teams with highly dynamic tasks that require a lot of coordination, monday.com can be really good. Especially when there are not strict formatting or setups already defined. It can allow the team to discover the fields and datasets that they require. It may be less appropriate where those processes are already highly specified with specific data sets that are required, since those things will be harder work to model inside the very dynamic interface of monday.com.

We use monday.com to keep all of the info we receive pertaining to our Participants in our program, as well as keeping information on all the resources/providers that we work with on a daily basis.

We use monday.com in two manager aspects. First, for account management. Most of our contracts are handled via Salesforce, but we've found it to be a poor tool for the rigors of tracking and implementing customers with our product. monday.com makes that task significantly simpler. Also, we have several large operational tasks that occur each year that run parallel to our account management. We're able to use monday.com to coordinate between operations and customer success to make sure those projects run smoothly.

Currently use it for project management for each organization we onboard- It allows us to capture all meetings and milestones in a functional, easy-to-use manner and allows us to easily share the project plan and collaborate with our clients.

We use monday.com to track all open projects at our firm. It is our one stop shop for the status of all ongoing work. It solves the problem of using messy spreadsheets to track our projects. We are able to assign work down to the "subtask" and its easy to ressign and move things around as well.

monday.com is perfect for small to large teams that use to use spreadsheets to track your projects. It is basically a user friendly super spreadsheet. We tried other solutions and monday.com was by far the best tool on the market. My favorite feature is the "subtasks". This allows you to create a templatized list of items to complete for each project.

Monday.com really thrives for departmental and cross-departmental communication. It keeps everything easily visible and organized to make sure everyone can be on the same page, especially while working on multiple projects at once. I haven't found a scenario where it hasn't been useful. I have even started my own personal boards to keep running to-do lists! This makes it so all of my tasks are all in one place.

We use monday.com in a number of ways. From inventory management, project management to sales. We use the inventory management to help us know where our exhibits our in the country & where they are going next. For project management we break down each project & track all the movements & details we need. Our project team uses this for daily reports, condition reporting, etc. For sales we use it to track our incoming leads, customers, venues, deals & so much more.
  • Sales pipeline - CRM platform
  • Communication - everything is in one place & all the parties can access it at any time
  • The forms have been perfect for getting information from our employees while they are out in the field.
  • There are some automations we'd like to use that are not available.
  • It would be great to have more capabilities for the Android mobile system. We are limited on what our team members with that technology are able to do within monday.com.
Monday has been great to use for our sales team - they just moved over into the CRM platform. It is really helping us move through the sales pipeline & keep everyone up to date. We are able to see at a glance where everything is at and ask questions if necessary.

We save all our organization's information, files, and work progress in different monday.com boards, such as meetings, assignments, requests and any work related communication that involves forms, tasks, and various people the work on the same subject. In the future, we hope to base all our organization's corporate culture by using this platform. We wish the calendar planning would be easier by being connected to the Outlook platform so that both of the systems wich are at the most frequent use would be synced right.

We use monday.com to track daily tasks, new customer onboarding and following up with customer through a survey form. Our company is growing at a rapid pace and we were scrambling to keep everything streamlined in a way that created visibility to everyone involved in the tasks. On top of this, there were tasks that had opportunity to be automatized in order to create more space in everyone's day to day. Our supervisor discovered monday.com and it has been the best tool so far.
