Also managing employee data with Even Overall task assigning, time tracking, Performance report creation, and many more managements are done with We have 20+ clients who use in their businesses. We integrate multiple apps like Slack, Quickbooks, GHL and many others with on the basis of client requirements. It's amazing tool for team to manage work efficiently.

It allows us to stay organized and we use it for scheduling and production purposes. We use it for task management and also for recording production times and setup times for production setups. This allows us to know how long a job takes and also how long the setup for a job takes, this is very valuable information for us.

Incentivized is used throughout the various departments to help keep track of information. It has been very helpful in organizing tasks and conveying statuses of those tasks to multiple stakeholders across the organization. This includes using it to help organize and track large projects. Recently we have started to use it to create product roadmaps. The different views available on a board and the ability to link boards together help solve use cases for multiple users of this information.

We use to organize our marketing tasks and to work with our sales team to create account based marketing outreach strategies. What allows us to do is to individually keep a task list of what needs to get done week over week and to have a full scope of larger projects that we want to get done.
  • Set stages for each task and assign people to those stages to move projects along
  • Set up automated tasks to get assigned to people and to send out notifications to Slack as well as emails to contractors to work on a project
  • Create multiple boards for projects and the ability to review tasks by date to make sure no project slips through the cracks
  • The desktop app for Mac seems to have a few issues with visual glitches appearing on screen, it only seems to go away when I close the tool and reopen it
  • Subtasks don't show on the individual users to-do list, only main level tasks
Prior to, we were using Trello as our team task management tool. What has allowed us to do is to easily create sub levels to tasks, create multiple stages for each task and to easily assign people to different tasks in a way that is visually appealing and easy to understand.

At my company, we each have multiple projects to handle at one time, and all of these require collaboration. has allowed our team to prioritize our tasks both individually and as a whole. On top of that, we can subcategorize our tasks, which allows for an extensive amount of organization that was harder to come by before. It is easy to communicate directly & indirectly to the team by using to organize our projects.

I use as a project management tool for our team members to stay in touch on a specific project. We all work remotely so this really helps us all stay updated on the progress of the project and collaborate together. Having all the information in one place has been a gamechanger for our organization.

We have benefitted most from by using it to track sales leads. Our desks were becoming so cluttered with notes and scattered files before we found this. Monday may not work for situations where you are needing to text/email/schedule customers etc. I am not sure if it has those capabilities?

I use to track project development from bidding, to billing. I use the CRM, and I also use it for asset acquisition. I track PO's for equipment needs, I track job status, assign crews, and keep historical records for types of projects, revenue, and crew utilization. I did research back in college on PM software, and was who all of my research pointed to, so when it came to finding a software to assist me in my business' day t- day, its MONDAY every day!

Specifically this software is made to allow 1 manager to track what 3 or 4 managers normally would. Reminders are simple to set so that you can check back on whatever requires your attention allowing someone to multi task throughout their day. I have however, found that billing/ invoicing, and bidding are still going to be something that I am needing to spend particular attention to. We tried to meet with some developers within the group and it was more of a "round peg/ square hole" scenario.

During these years that we have been using, our workflow, organization and internal communication has improved significantly, not only because of the appearance of the boards, but it has meant that we all internally require using this platform to do our work daily.

Likewise, the big problem that solves is organization and time. These factors are important when having a Marketing Agency or an Audiovisual Production Company where every minute and every task counts; Having a tool that visually organizes all the work and what each person does in a work environment of this style is of great help. Also using it on various devices as an application or website helps a lot to adapt to each user who requires it.

If you seeking a project management software for low-to-medium complex projects, then is for you. It is simple to use, but very powerful, and it has extremely robust tools for project planning (Gantt charts and kanban boards) and reporting. In addition, you can get very granular with the task tracking, data tracking, and performance measurement tools.

I would not use for complex-to-very complex projects, as it doesn't have the horse power. In addition, its automations and integrations are clunky to use and get working as you want them to work. Finally, I believe the pricing is poorly suited for users who want to try before they buy.

I use to manage nonprofit organizations that I handle for project management and nonprofit governance and development. The problems that I am able to address using are managing the overall scope and detail tasks for each project, maintaining a high-level view of progress as well as a detailed evaluation of tasks and team members who are responsible for the completion of tasks.
  • Integrations: There are several third party apps that are being connected to our project workspace which helps streamline syncing information.
  • Isolations: I manage multiple projects with varying team members. Some projects are restricted to executive management. I am able to isolate team members based on their respective responsibilities and protect confidential project information.
  • Templates: also has simple to use CRM templates that have been extremely useful in donor management and volunteer registration.
  • I have only been using for a few months so I do not have any feedback on improvements yet. If I do, I would be happy to provide that feedback at a later time. has been very useful in sharing information about project status with volunteer committee members without jeopardizing the integrity of the project boards. I have not yet determined areas where the application is less appropriate. As I utilized the features more if I have feedback like that, I would be happy to share.

I started using when my job changed due to the pandemic. I went from a direct service provider to a grant writer and program manager almost overnight. I needed a way to organize my thoughts, plan for short-term goals, and execute long-range projects all at once. I didn't think there was a platform that would be able to meet these needs and function in a way that worked for my management style until I found Monday. Within minutes I figured out how to manipulate the platform to work the way I needed. It felt innovative yet familiar at the same time. As I have continued to use, I have been impressed by its user-friendliness and how intuitive it is as a platform. I feel everything about Monday is tailored from the user's perspective and designed to follow logical thought and design patterns. Even after exploring similar sites, I have returned to because it is the most complete and functional platform for project (and every day) management. I am now using to integrate task management and optimize oversight of my supervisees.

However, I wish Monday offered better utility for document development, formula integration, and adaptable idea organizers. Monday currently lacks options for HIPAA compliance and small teams/individual users, but I think this is something they could easily remedy. All in all, it's one of the best productivity tools I have ever used and trust me, I've tried nearly all of them.

Incentivized sits perfectly in-between having a pre-built off the shelf program and building your own from scratch. It's flexible enough so you can build your products yourself without relying on external developers. And it is high level enough so it's easy to pick up and teach yourself how to use it. I am completely self-taught and have built boards that now support various teams with project management, operational flow, a Llama farm (I'm not joking, check it out). And I'm not the only one.

  • Importing data to existing boards from outside of where there is no integration, e.g. Excel. When I try to update some field in bulk, it creates new items.
