Monday has had a few instances of downtime recently, however, it is normally short-lived and resolved quickly. I believe it does everything it says it does. As mentioned, the only issue is some integrations not being fully available, such as Pipedrive. Apart from that, it has a good uptime rate for us!

Yes, all features have worked when we expected them to. I don't think we've ever been on it and it hasn't been working. It's essential for us to have a reliable tool as a lot of projects rest on deadlines and Monday has been just that.

monday.com is where I plan all my work and keep an information. If I get an email related to a task I load it in the task as well, just to keep everything in one place. You can load emails, attachments, and all sorts of format documents. The dates makes it super easy to structure your work week and move things around if needed.

Overall, I have found the performance of Monday.com to be reliable and incredibly useful. I have always experienced optimal design and utility of the features offered by Monday.com, not just online but also on the mobile platform. I can't think of a time when Monday was down or when I had concerns about my work getting lost. Performance and uptime have never been an issue for me, and that is yet another reason why I appreciate Monday as a service platform.

The times where monday.com has lagged have been so few and far between that each time I am surprised that it's happening. The other day we had our first proper outage (to my knowledge). It lasted 1 hour. There was no impact to the business. Quote from me: "Oh that's annoying. Never mind. I'll check back in soon".

We have few issues here though some advanced features need better usability. They are almost always in the addon space where various addons do not support all the use cases that are relevant to an organisation. E.g. Time tracking addons are not easily translatable into customisable reporting - you take what you get out of the box.

Uptime is superb. No complaints.

Sometimes the response time feels slow.
Sometimes I must refresh a page to restore a feature's functionality.
These might be problems with my Internet speed or with my laptop's memory management service.

Overall, I am quite satisfied with monday.com's functionality, uptime, and response time.

I do not use all functions of monday.com but customization and flexibility is a very strong point. Users can tailor the platform to their specific project management needs with various templates and workflow options. I only use one template but is very efficient. Be cloud-based is also important to me, because I work from home and can see the projects wherever I am.

My overall experience has been great. We moved our entire business from Google Sheets over and I feel like we get 3 hours of our day back. monday.com has shaped our business where we do not need additional software to operate other than payroll. My manager is able to track and see our pain points and address them accordingly.

Using monday.com as my work management tool has been largely positive. While its uptime is commendable, never causing disruptions, there have been minor hiccups with reliability, especially when making bulk changes. A simple refresh usually rectifies this, but unaware users might find this glitch a tad more complex.

I've only experienced downtime from monday.com on one occasion, and it was because of a larger, well-known AWS server issue that had affected many companies/platforms in that time period. I use the native app vs the browser version, which sometimes takes a little longer to load.
