The support is the main thing I think lets Monday down. You are only able to directly chat with someone if you have paid for the higher plan, which is a pain if you need a quick answer. Sending emails to get assistance can take a long time and slows down our workflow.

I have only had to utilize the "How to" videos for many of the features that I have used. As I expand the project management for the organization that I am working with, I am sure I will engage customer service but I have not needed to do so thus far.

I've only had to contact support a couple of times but they were very responsive. When one issue wasn't easily resolved another monday.com team member jumped in to resolve it with a very thorough explanation, including screenshots of exactly what I needed to do.

So far everything has been working great so we haven't needed to contact customer services. Should we ever need to, it is clear where to turn and I have no doubt that we'll get the help we need in a timely manner. There is a very well designed and automated help section built into the monday.com interface that will help with more basic support.

Unfortunately, this is one of the most significant areas for improvement with Monday.com. Monday.com boasts 24/7 service, but in my experience, it does little to deliver. On several occasions, I have reached out to Monday with long delays and lagging response times. This seems to be the one area where other platforms have Monday.com beat. While this platform is my favorite, its lackluster customer service has tainted my experience and motivated me to look elsewhere for similar services.

To be honest, I have never used monday.com's customer support. I have enjoyed a webinar hosted by our Customer Success Manager. It was very interesting and she (sorry I forgot her name) was very engaging, enthusiastic and a joy to talk to.

monday.com only really care about accounts that have 20 seats or more. While this is great for monday.com, it pushes smaller organisations to evaluate alternatives. We rate monday.com highly in our organisation because key staff have already got good experience with the application and we know we will get to 20+ seats one day. But, till then the billing model and lack of permanent enterprise features is a dread.

Fast response from a human, when a human is needed.
AI bot gives initial response to my question. Often, the bot response is all I needed to proceed.
Best feature is the AI Assistant for writing one-line programs in the Formula columns. The AI Assistant is much smarter than me and adds in well-appreciated items for my formulas. Including column checks and Function suggestions.

I never used the support, so I really don't know how to give my opinion in this situation, but I think that offering 24/7 customer support is a significant positive, as it ensures users can get help regardless of their time zone or work hours. Is a strong thing for companies.

I've been using monday.com for quite some time now and, interestingly, I've never had to reach out to customer support. Monday.com is incredibly intuitive. Every feature and function seems to have been designed with the user in mind, making the entire experience smooth and self-explanatory. It's a testament to how well-crafted monday.com is, obviating the need for external assistance.

I've only had to utilize their support on a couple occasions, but the team was responsive within the chat platform. The resolution I was looking for was not available within the app so the support attempt itself was moot, but the service level was as expected.

I used this capability last week for the first time and scheduled a call. Michael was so helpful. He listened to what I was wanting to accomplish and got back to me within a few hours with a screen recording of different options. I had one question on one of the options and when I replied, I got a new person that wanted to set up a call. I declined because that would be like starting all the way over with what I'm wanting and what he presented to me. I think if we have follow-up questions, we should be able to ask them to the same person we just worked with.
