Very good - a little inconvenient as those who did our training lived in the UK so time for training was not very open, however, the training was very high level and they were able to give suggestions on use cases on our website.

It's very simple to deal with the customer service team, they are very helpful everytime we get in touch. They are always trying to bring more new features to be implemented in our environment, bringing a very good experience for those who use the platform. They all are very kind.

For more advanced tests or experiences, getting insight from a DEC or developer is time-consuming as the queue is long. This holds up our ability to run advanced tests, sometimes by weeks. Additionally, I find the Knowledge Base articles do not often go in-depth enough to adequately answer a question and finding the exact article you need can be tricky too.

The versatility that this program can achieve amazes us, since from the comfort of our email we can generate multiple good. The group that handles the support part of this program is really good and they have always been willing to help us with our questions and problems. It seems to me that they comply with everything they offer.

It's not unusual to feel as if our customer success team is looking at issues we send over for the very first time on the call. They don't seem prepared to answer questions about our concerns. With the high amount of turnover that Kibo experiences, we don't usually have enough time working with our customer success team for us to reach the level of them giving us strategic guidance. Once the team becomes familiar with our account and our business, they either leave the company or move to another section of the Kibo business.

To be honest, Monetate was much stronger at providing a higher level of support and guidance on a regular basis. We used to have quarterly QBRs which included areas of opportunity and suggestions for our particular business. This has not happened since we've been with Kibo and I do think it's a miss. Their day-to-day guidance is very helpful though now it's 100% reactive and is missing that proactive piece that set them apart from others.

While likely helpful for newer players in personalization and A/B testing, Kibo's guidance may be less helpful for advanced testing and optimization programs.

Our CSM and technical support are usually very good at responding to our queries and running us through how to set up tests we may be struggling to set up. As for strategic guidance, I feel that they could definitely do better - When we have quarterly business reviews they are really helpful and insightful sessions but I feel that there isn't enough of them.

The CST is great and responsive to our needs and sometimes, demands of them. We have an organized approach using Trello boards to track our issues and I always feel like the success of our program is at the forefront of their minds, their success is our success - and that is a very mutually beneficial relationship. It has allowed our experimentation to flourish and grow over the years with new ideas and strategies being worked on together. Nothing bad to say about the account team.

I have had about four client success managers over the years. One was excellent and met with me regularly and tried to show us the impact of the tool on our business and brainstorm new ideas and ways to use Kibo Personalization. The other three have been fine with answering questions and sending us invoices, but not much else.
