In most of the architecture, there are primary monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, LogicMonitor, Solarwinds, etc which collects monitoring data and events and forwards the same to Moogsoft which then processes the same and takes out meaningful information and then passes on to the ITSM layer for ticketing and reporting.
