I use this software to log and track nutrition and exercise. My local gym uses this and can give out workouts. It ties to my Google Fit/MyFitnessPal and it works very well. Since it ties to my Google Fit and MyFitnessPal it automatically syncs my nutrition and exercise which saves me a lot of time having to enter it twice.

My trainer uses this software when we are unable to meet in person. The software will allow us to still have great workouts. The workouts are in the app and have detailed instructions on how to complete them. The only issue I feel is that the app is sometimes hard to find things. Some stuff feels buried.

The app is available on both IOS and android. Since it is a mobile app, you can use it anywhere in the world which comes in handy if you're out of town. The app has been a great asset to me. I use it daily. It works very well and is very useful.
Like any software, support is key. So far this software has been running smoothly and I haven not needed to contact support for anything. I am very grateful for that. It appears that their support is available through the app if you need it. Additionally, you can contact their support on their website.
