myStaffingPro - Franchisee Use
- It is fairly customizable.
- We are able to have applicants take an assessment test via MSP and we are able to filter by score and how they answer some pre-screening questions.
- Applicants are able to electronically sign some onboarding forms.
Cons
- The site isn't optimized for candidates applying from smart phones. This has been a long standing complaint from our franchisees as applicants are applying from mobile devices more than ever and aren't able to complete the full process from their phone. We have had franchisees leave myStaffingPro for this reason and have communicated the request to myStaffingPro to have this functionality available.
- Our new support reps don't seem to be as knowledgeable or quick to resolve things as our last myStaffingPro rep.
- Employee efficiency - our offices have report that the filtering tools and centralized dashboard has been a time saver.
