1 - I am the only one who works within the tool, then I disseminate the information to the appropriate team member/account or sales representative, who then presents it to the client. I like to keep the insights as strategy as consistent, controlled and centralized as possible. I represent a new department that I created around the data, which is called Insights and Strategy - it is integral to our organization.

3 - I can't be certain on the exact number of people in our organization that use NetBase, but I do know that the social-finding gathered through NetBase play an impactful role in shaping business strategy, especially towards the social sphere. It is also a great way to compare social views on one's own brand and against competitors.

We're hoping more people can utilize this in the future, but right now, we have our copywriter using it as inspiration for ad copy, social media team using it for monitoring the conversation and reporting, PR team for discovering what publications to target, media buying team to also decide what publications to target, new business team for providing a live demo during a pitch and the strategy team for gleaning valuable insights related to a certain vertical.

810 - All users are analytical in nature, helping to deliver results on specific client related projects. A few non-users are business development roles who ask our department to run queries for them on new clients to help highlight our capabilities during their presentations to these prospective clients.

There are around ten people in my organization who use NetBase, but only three who use it on a regular basis. The main teams who use the tool are the Social, Content, and Digital teams.
