We used in-house resources as well as engaged NetSuite Professional Services for our implementation. Our internal team worked hand-in-hand with NetSuite Professional services using the SuiteSuccess implementation method - NetSuite guides our internal team and our internal team does most of the heavy lifting. NetSuite Professional Services was always available for our needs and questions.

We used NetSuite Professional Services in a shared services model. They would meet with us and walk us through specific functionality. Then we would setup the rest of the functionality ourselves. For example, they would teach us how to enter an account in the chart of accounts, then we would enter the rest.

  • Professional services company
360 Cloud Solutions. Initially, it was good, but over time we realized there were so many customizations that we did not need. Out of the box functionality would have provided us better value and easier adoption. 360 also did not always have Best Practices to impart and would defer to what we wanted, when we asked for Best Practices so we could get the most use out of our system.

We ended up using NetSuite Professional Services at a later date for updated guidance and functionality Best Practices. They were phenomenal!
