A help tool for processes that drive business' forward.
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I mainly work on the SAP ABAP platform coding background processes. Personally, I've never found an issue with the platform functionality and would highly recommend it to newcomers as navigation is often self-explanatory, and if not, there is not. There's normally a help button to assist in the next steps. However, I would like to see the help option explore a smaller learning curve.

Likelihood to Recommend
I think normally, in my day-to-day, I have to navigate multiple screens or reach max GUI sessions fast, a multi-tab, or a way not to lose or manage multiple views. This would help me, as a dev/tester, navigate through processes faster.
