For a small to medium business, they do a great job. Support is top notch and you can call or live chat anytime making reaching them simple.

Just starting a business is hard enough but Nextiva is a great phone system that can grow with you! I’m with the basic plan and would love to have the text to phone option. Some other companies currently provide this in their basic plans

It is well suited for businesses with employees and management in different locations. Or if you are on the go. You can check your messages from your computer or mobile devices. It may not be needed if you do not want to have a dedicated business line. But, it is a great solution for most businesses.

It works well on making calls from your PC - I call on average 40-50 people a day and do not experience a lot of trouble with Nextiva Business Phone Service. I do not have the SMS function available so I would say SMS or texting is where Nextiva Business Phone Service is less appropriate but that may be on my company - not Nextiva Business Phone Service.

I setup my phone service for my office and all the staff. The phone setup was straightforward however, I had an issue with assigning the extensions. I had one of my employees call customer service and the representative was patient and assisted with making sure we understood the process.

We switched from Comcast years ago and haven't looked back. Nextiva has been an excellent choice for us. There has been minimal downtime, an easy-to-configure website, and fantastic live chat customer support. This product is easy to use if you need a VOIP call center system to manage users and how calls are routed. We recommend it!

Nextiva is great for a company that is needing an upgrade in visibility to what their workforce is doing on the phones. It can provide reporting to ID patterns as well as recordings that can be used for coaching/quality assurance purposes. It can also be used well to control your workforce and maneuver their availability to the different channels you may need them on.

Nextiva is the perfect option for anyone needing a phone service for their business. We are able to communicate with clients from various locations using the same phone number to keep down confusion with clients. We also use the fax systems to communicate with the IRS daily. Overall the services are very customizable to your business size and needs.

while working on reports I like to listen to music, with the Nextiva Business phone I put the app on my computer. While listening to music sometimes I can't hear the phone ringing because I have headphones on, the app on my computer has Caller Id so when my phone rings and I can't hear it, my computer will ring and the number and person calling will pop up on my computer.

Nextiva was able to help me set up the phone system entirely from start to finish without the need from an IT company. The off site users were also able to set up their phones and use them immediately after installation. A little more instruction on the phone app may be helpful.

Since the time I signed up I was contacted with step by step instructions of what to expect, and what to do. They had someone walk me through the set up and showed me how to make changes on my own. If I had any questions with anything I had a person assigned to me (Anastatia) who would email and call me regularly to make sure I was all squared away with my services.

The service has always been good with very little down time over the last 5 years. Nextiva's support team responds quickly and provides resolutions and Nextiva offers a lot of options for a fairly reasonable price. We have used other VOIP services in the past and this one is by far the best one.
