We are a Managed Service Provider and as such, we have many different clients in many different verticals with computer systems that we manage for them. NinjaOne allows us to leverage remote access tools, scheduled tasks, automations, alerting, patching, and anti-virus within one seamless portal. My engineers are able to save valuable time and not spend forever trying to connect to a client's system.
  • Remote connections: the NinjaRemote client is spectacular and very easy to use and navigate. It quickly connects to customer systems so my engineers are able to work. As a bonus, they also offer a really good mobile app to connect to client systems.
  • Antivirus: Bitdefender Endpoint Protection is built directly into the NinjaOne portal. This makes deploying and maintaining AV very easy.
  • OS Patching: NinjaOne makes it very easy to handle patching across multiple clients and locations. It is very easy to use and doesn't take long to set up.
  • Support: NinjaOne support is always very prompt and helpful.
  • Documentation: the NinjaOne Dojo is a one-stop shop for all of your FAQs, guides, and forum needs. You can find almost anything here to help you deploy and maintain NinjaOne.
  • Automation Library: NinjaOne comes preloaded with a large number of ready-to-go automations. They also provide you with a scripting module to create your own.
I have already recommended NinjaOne to multiple clients and will continue to do so. I have used DattoRMM, Kaseya, and Connectwise in the past and I personally feel that none of them are even in the same league as NinjaOne. If you have an IT environment that you need more insight on, NinjaOne is the way.

  • NinjaOne is a monthly payment with no commitment, this is much better suited to an MSP than other competitors that try to wrap you up into a 3-5-year contract. As an MSP, we could lose a client at any moment and it sucks to be stuck in a contract where we can't lower our agent counts.
  • NinjaOne helps my techs be more efficient and productive. Saving time and money.
Automation, automation, automation. NinjaOne allows my engineers to schedule automations based on policies. Computer hard drive filling up, autorun disk cleanup, DHCP out IPs, send a ticket to our ticketing system, end-users keep declining the patch reboot notices, auto reboot on schedule. We haven't even scratched the surface of what NinjaOne can do and already we have saved so much time and money.
NinjaOne allows us to easily run reports that show us patch levels, AV status, software versions, etc. This makes it very easy for technicians to stay on top of keeping our clients current and safe from threats.
We have automated disk cleanups when storage is low, auto-patching, auto AV scans, software installs, etc. We have written custom scripts that are easily scheduled and deployed leveraging NinjaOne. We are able to create groups and deploy scheduled automations easily and quickly.
NinjaOne feels like it is way beyond its competitors. Their UI is fantastic, with the exception of no Dark Mode. It is very responsive and easy to navigate. Also, NinjaOne bills monthly with no contract commitment. This makes it much more accessible to smaller and medium-sized businesses that might not want to sign a 3-5-year contract.

NinjaRMM is my favorite RMM Platform that I have ever used. Look no further for the perfect RMM Platform.

We utilize NinjaRMM for both our internal systems and for all of our customers. We are a Managed Service Provider and have a large and varying customer base. NinjaRMM helps us easily and quickly manage all of our customers. We are able to quickly remotely connect to do troubleshooting, remediate antivirus threats, patch operating systems, and create policies to help us more efficiently run our business.

I have personally used multiple RMM platforms during my career. NinjaRMM is hands down the best RMM platform I have ever had the pleasure of using. It is very easy to learn. It is very responsive and doesn't look outdated as many do. It has a very good team supporting it with great new changes that get implemented regularly.
  • Easily change policies for an entire organization based on the type of system, Windows, Server, Mac, etc.
  • Support responds quickly and is very helpful
  • Patching is handled well
  • Very easy to create and run procedures on systems
  • From a personal perspective, NinjaRMM saves the business countless hours that would otherwise be spent manually doing tasks on workstations and servers
  • No long contracts make it very easy to get started with NinjaRMM
  • Having antivirus and anti-malware built in to the console save technicians time when remediating threats
Prior to switching to NinjaRMM, we ran it side-by-side with Kaseya VSA for about a year. Kaseya VSA does not even compare to NinjaRMM. Kaseya VSA feels very outdated in comparison. NinjaRMM is snappy and works well.

NinjaRMM is the best RMM platform I have used and I have used multiple. NinjaRMM helps MSPs (Managed Service Providers) to easily and efficiently manage their clients systems within a single pane of glass. Everything from automating tasks, to managing patching, and antivirus remediation is all easily accessible and built-in. No hidden costs or fees or long drawn out contracts.
  • Remote monitoring of server sand workstations
  • Antivirus updates, scanning, and remediation built in
  • Very good automated patching system
  • Mobile app blows me away every time I use it
  • Very good support team, quick responses every time
  • Very transparent roadmap of what is coming and very easy to submit potential upcoming features
I go out of my way to recommend NinjaRMM to all of my friends and colleagues within the tech world. NinjaRMM makes it very easy to manage multiple clients, servers, and workstations from a single pane of glass. No long contracts and very transparent pricing.
