Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

We are evaluating Microsoft Forms/Flows and PowerApps/Flows combination as alternatives to Nintex Platform. I personally prefer Nintex Forms and Workflow to Microsoft alternative solution because I'm familiar with Nintex Platform and I find it easier to create and manage forms/workflows using Nintex. It is easier to design workflows with Nintex workflow compare to Microsoft Flows.

These used to be great tools until the new pricing model made them really painful and expensive to use. Nintex pricing is more reliable and we can plan better.

Also PowerApps/Flow don't seem as intuitive to learn, they need some 'development' background.

A pet hate is also how Flow treats API call as a premium feature, this seems shocking. In Nintex it's standard.

ITLAQ's SPARK/SPARKnit is not in your list of products. SPARK provides all of the basic functionality of Nintex forms and workflow at a much smaller price. The Microsoft Power Platform is inexpensive, but slightly more difficult to use.

FileBound and KiSSFLOW don't have SharePoint integration that works as seamlessly as Nintex. That said, it looks like in our case we may sacrifice that functionality to have a product that works.

We were using SharePoint Designer at first and we had to choose between installing the SharePoint Workflow solution or going with Nintex. We chose Nintex because the Microsoft deployment was complex and the UI was not intuitive, and Nintex was an easy installation and just looked better. Also, InfoPath was end-of-life and we needed a form solution to replace it so we chose Nintex forms also.

  • Freightquote Enterprise Transportation Management System (TMS) and Zoho CRM
1) Nintex integrates with your workflows with the instant-messaging program, social media, email, and practical integration of all kinds of data and documents.
2) It also offers easy drag-and-drop workflow design that saves a lot of time
3) It could be used on multiple devices such as MS Windows and Mac OS

Nintex was chosen as the tool to build apps because of the native offline functionality, which was lacking in PowerApps. The offline option works great and any entries submitted are saved in the outbox and re-submitted even if the device is turned off. It also has excellent geolocation tracking features that are essential to the business.

I have tried out a few different e-Signature apps. As far as the user end goes, I like DocuSign because it is easy for me to login onto their website and find all of the contracts that I have signed in the past. I use HelloSign when I want to send my contracts to my customers because you can send out up to 3 contracts a month for free. I also tried rightsignature, which I like because it integrates with Freshbooks easily. You only get five signatures for free. After that, you have to pay.

The usability and implementation of other tools like Theobald. Other companies shared our experience with that tool also. This was the main reason why we chose Nintex as the solution for us and our processes.

Nintex is a true no-code software platform that provides tremendous flexibility and ease of use that allows our nontechnical employees to get greater usage out of the platform. We viewed the platform as just more versatile than others and it can grow throughout our organization over time.

Nintex Platform is replacing a legacy proprietary workflow function in an HR application (created 6 years ago). Nintex is more robust compared to that system, hence the migration. But speed was not an issue with the legacy system.
