WE use Nintex for several years
One time ago we have a very rare issue that we are not able to solve it.
The support team needed more time than usual to solve it but they found that we have a very strange loop in one of our complex workflows.
It seems that the workflow works right but sometimes it failed, and the reason was that and it was very unusual.

Nintex--A robust business process management solution
THE BOTTOM LINE is Nintex Workflow Cloud has arguably the best visual workflow editing and automated logic environment of all the low-code development platforms we've tested, but its basic app UI design and database capabilities need deeper integration and improvement.

Nintex Platform's Efficient Product
I had a question about the Nintex Outlook step that I could not figure out. The workflow was failing and I did not understand the message it was giving me. I reached out to Nintex, thinking it was a workflow issue, and the technician continued to discuss the issue and do the research necessary to fix it. The issue wound up being Exchange permissions, which we would not have figured out without his help.

On-Prem Nintex was everything we ever wanted in a workflow tool. We're not on-prem anymore, and we're lost.
Nintex fielded my call on a particular issue and we worked through options live. I'm not their core contract point of contact, but they worked with me until my issue was resolved and documented in the forums for future users.

Great easy to use tool for process documentation & improvement
I would say when we were setting up ADFS Single Sign-on. The Promapp guys reviewed logs and explained to admins on our side what the issue appeared to be and talked through resolution.

The sweet spot of SharePoint Workflow
We were called in because the Partner of record for a client's Nintex installation had abandoned the client. We worked with the client's staff and Nintex to bring the client up to date, to resolve the issue, and then to propel onward to additional projects.
I have had excellent support with Nintex, but only after requesting a conference call and a GoTo meeting when I could demonstrate the issue. A previous issue had to do with the query function where a update limited the number of results based on how it retrieved data. After rebuilding a perfect example, showing how this worked normal in a previous example and 2 GoTo meetings, Tier 1 support final agreed that it was broken and moved it to Tier 2 support. It was a fight to, but after it got to the Development department, I was issued a hotfix in less than a day.
