Nintex focuses on process automation and they are very good at it. Any business process an organization has that requires approvals and especially where those approvals vary (e.g., higher request PO amount requires more approvals) are well suited to automation with the Nintex Platform. Nintex also has a robotic process automation (RPA) tool, which allows for automation of manual processes using any software accessible by a user's workstation. And Nintex offers a process mapping tool that allows organizations to map business processes (manual or automated) in a standardized manner in a central portal.

Well-suited: our entire digital transformation process has been made so much easier using Nintex, from the ease of building forms to the power of creating flows. Having a consistent interface is really huge too, because so many of our users are not very technologically savvy, so giving them a familiar form makes training easier and lowers resistance to change.

Less well-suited: for just a really "dumb" form that the average user can create, with no workflow behind it, we have them use the O365 forms. That way, they can get a results breakdown without a workflow behind it and we don't have to provide much support for it.

UI is generally excellent. We can incorporate outsider apparatuses like 365. As I mentioned before it's solid with robotizing and enhancing business cycles and work processes. All manual and tedious work processes are wiped out thus no requirement for a human hand. It might be a handful if you have it in your inventory.

It is an excellent method for increasing corporate efficiency. Domain experts, power users, and citizen developers will implement business process automation. We find it really beneficial [to] integrate with other technologies such as SharePoint. When your company has the right automation technology in place, you can save time and money by offering proper analytics and reducing human mistakes. The Cloud deployment of this software is [an] easy and very excellent experience via the help of the technical team and the tracking tools are easy and powerful. Nintex has good default templates for approval workflows. But it's also well suited for more complex workflows where more logic is needed in the workflow. It can not be used for hybrid setups where a company has an on premise SharePoint environment and an Office 365 SharePoint online tenant. There is no way to setup workflow between these type of hybrid setups.

Nintex is basically designed for large organizations that use SAP, Salesforce in their systems. One big advantage of Nintex forms is that you can easily build them for both Office 365 and SharePoint to analyse data and capture feedback. With the stock Nintex form layouts, we can add our own rules and customize forms to turn them into a more user-friendly experience. Also, we have the ability to digitalize the whole human resource department and decrease their manual human error risk.
