Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

The people who use the Nintex Process Platform are from tax business functions.
They tell us what they need and we prepare the workflows and the data structure for them to use them.

We currently have 3 users who develop Nintex workflows and forms. But the whole company has access to our Microsoft SharePoint environment, so you could say that we have +1000 users who use the workflows developed by these three developers. We don't have plans to add users to the developer pool in the short term, in part because we are investigating which route we're going to take for the future when it comes to collaboration platforms.

difficult to understand. if you mean how many people are using the workflows, then it is the full organization (300+ people). If the question is how many of those are creating workflows or using the Nintex to do some kind of business modeling, then it is 6.

To my knowledge, Nintex Process platform is mostly utilized by the leadership team in my organization. We are very large so there might be sections that I have no line of sight in, but the functionality of Nintex PP is utilized in our call centers to automate certain administrative tasks, which allows our agents to be on the phones longer and have quicker access to relevant and necessary information.

There are the Nintex Admin, who administer, create and build Nintex forms and workflows. There are the business users that use Nintex behind the scenes, usually without knowing it, and use the Nintex forms and workflows which have helped automate their business processes.

All of the above groups use Nintex for the same core functions. The first function is WIP (work in process) tracking and approvals / reviews. The big idea is that this enables conversations and preserves the artifacts of those conversations. The big difference between Nintex and its competition is the ability of users to build and deploy their own tools rather than relying on dedicated development staff to build and deploy.

Workflows have been created for the HR, Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Legal, IT, and Project Management departments. Some departments have power users that create workflows, while others defer to IT to design and create the workflows for them. When users first begin to use the workflows they typically start with document approval processes and then move onto creating a custom list/form that has workflow functions behind it to extend the capability. For example "Leave Calendars" with a workflow that notifies the manager of the employees intent to take time off, notifies the employee of the managers decision, and also pull in the number of vacation hours available from an HR system have been popular.
