The unvarnished opinion
- With our diverse organization, being able to establish consistency is key and we can do this by creating a standardized form, process, and workflow with automation. So the process is easier and all of our people are doing it the same way. That is a game changer.
- The licensing is a little hard to follow and can make the product unaffordable.
- The approach of Nintex hosting the solution makes Nintex design their product for maximum usage. They have to make sure they can have their product embedded in a number of different systems; so, they use industry standard protocols and development.

Great platform for workflow automation
- Added visibility into a process has decreased the amount of time a process takes to complete.
- The ability to complete approvals via mobile devices allows our business users to approve their tasks from outside the office.
- The ability to complete forms via offline mobile device allows our users to complete their required forms even when wifi and data are unavailable.

It works, but can be tricky for small teams with limited IT expertise
- Nintex Doc Generation has allowed us to save time when processing thank you letters / gift receipts
- Cuts down on the number of typos due to manual manipulation in Microsoft word
- Saves time by being able to auto save as a pdf that is ready to email
- Once our process is in place, it has allowed our workflows to automate a large portion of our daily activities.
- If we ever need to edit our workflows, the act of using Nintex is just cumbersome.
- Greatly improved business understanding of processes that span beyond their department boarders
- Reduction in rework as business analysts have a repository of process knowledge already created

- It has allowed us to replace a forms software that has been discontinued.
- It allowed us to make forms that can be “smart” by interfacing with databases for data lookup.
- It has allowed the end-user to create forms rather than requiring the SharePoint Administrator to do it, because Nintex Form are simple, where the previous product was more like a programming application.

Amazing Platform, Quick Development!
- Nintex has really opened up some great avenues of development for me. I am not a "down in the weeds" coder so it's an ideal platform for me to create custom SharePoint solutions.
- In my role, my only business objective is to provide quality support to my users, so I cannot provide hard numbers as I'm not sure how to quantify that. I can say that my users are very happy with the support and solutions I provide through the Nintex platform.

- Negative - Migrated from on-premise to Online was and still is a massively timeconsuming and costly process as there is no adequate migration tool and the features are not at parity,
