The users of NUVI are from our Marketing Communications team. These users largely report the earned media & earned social media impressions on behalf of our clients as it relates to specific campaign measurable & deliverables. We work with our client service team to report the findings from NUVI and share them with our clients.

Nearly all of our Digital Brand Strategy team (the team I'm on at our agency) has a login and logs in at least occasionally. Some people on our Account Strategy team also log in to pull reports, or they have scheduled reports emailed to them on a regular basis. Some people on our paid media team also have access.

I managed the system itself. I also had our designer and traditional marketing team versed in Nuvi. This was beneficial initially for times I was out of the office, but evolved to a sort of digital dashboard to help strategize, plan, and schedule content more than a month in advance. This allowed more planning and cohesiveness for social and traditional as well as other digital avenues

Our content and social media staff use NUVI the most but the information we collect is used by all facets of our agency. We also use the reporting for clients too.
