3 - I managed the system itself. I also had our designer and traditional marketing team versed in Nuvi. This was beneficial initially for times I was out of the office, but evolved to a sort of digital dashboard to help strategize, plan, and schedule content more than a month in advance. This allowed more planning and cohesiveness for social and traditional as well as other digital avenues

5 - Our strategy and analytics teams are active NUVI users. At the front end of campaigns, they use it for consumer research and audience segmentation. During programs, we use it for consumer engagement. On the backend, we use it to measure shifts in sentiment as a measure of creative effectiveness.
