It's what we use to create quotes, send agreements, track signatures, track revenue in salesforce, sign customers up for many different products, etc. Our SalesForce Team also works in Conga to help us customize the different types of products and discounts we're able to sell and use.

Conga apps are the best! Conga composer, Conga sign, Conga batch all together do magic!

They are Members from the legal team and they generate different contracts as work made for hire, NDA, Publishing agreement, Employee had HR agreement. Also, it is used by our accounting team to generate royalty statements and payment reports. And then sending the statements to the end user with the help of conga batch.

Good Tool that Could be Improved for UX

Marketing, partners and business development. They work together to coordinate putting together custom proposals and engagement letters to send to prospects and current clients with expansion of work. There are more people who may see drafts of proposals but only these departments are involved in editing and document creation.
