It allows members of our organization to complete an initial central sign-on and then can access all applications and software throughout the day. Normally there is a 24-hour limit before having to sign-in again. The precedence functionality helped, like for few customers here were multiple sources for contractors employees, hence were the different masters for them. With okta and certain logic it was easy to figure out who will be identity source master. And all Identities at one place.

Yes, it has been nice to deploy it with the new software we are implementing. No longer are different accounts needed to be created across multiple platforms. You simply create the account with one platform and it auto-provisions the account across multiple platforms.
