We once had an issue with the old version of device trust, and level 1 support had a tough time solving the issue. They engaged the person who helped us set up device trust initially from OKTA and got him on a call with us to resolve the issue.

I have never interacted with Okta Professional Services neither Support because we have an internal department to refer in case we have issues or requests.
When the company introduces new app with new tiles we are advised and find the tile in the list.

We have indeed used Okta support a handful of times and have been pleased with the level of support/knowledge. They also have "partners" that can assist, which we have used extensively for some of our implementations (such as HRIS integration). They are quick to respond and always end up resolving our issues/concerns.

I have not personally interacted with anyone from Okta on the account operations/enablement side. As such, I can only provide my positive experience feedback as a result of being a successful business user of their platform. Other than that, I think they do a great job from what I've seen and done.

I do not have any certification on The Okta Identity Cloud, but one thing the documentation for break fixes is not at all sufficient and even the support team is not being well versed with SAP and AZURE integration. P1s related to SAP and Azure take more than 2 or 3 days to get resolved, and there is not enough documentation on that.

I haven't had any experience directly with those teams and services, but I know our IT team has had great success when needing to troubleshoot an issue or learn about a new feature that can help make our business more efficient. Specifically, Okta has great documentation that enables our team to self-serve where possible.

We have not had a lot of experience with The Okta Identity Cloud professional services or Education Services. Although we rarely if ever have any issues that require the intervention of our customer success manager they are very responsive when called upon. To me this is a testament to how mature, stable, and easy to setup their product is.

Okta is a tool that worth their investiment!

Okta Education Services is expensive and is not suitable of all kind of companies (I.E: companies located outside US or Europe that relies in a less valuable currency). However, if the company can pay, there's good benefits. The trainings are easy and very straight forward, and makes the whole learning process very smothly.
Regarding their support, there's no complains - fast, good understand and a excellent sense of urgency.

I remember when I started training in the company, we used to train using the platforms and tools under Okta and it provides you all the information you can have for you to pass every assessments. With my dedication to pass my training and with the help of the training sessions under Okta tools we are using, I was able to pass every assessment and it is obvious, I am nearing for my 2nd year anniversary of my company. Without the help of the help of the training kits, modules under the Okta, I'm not sure if I'm still here in the company. Big thanks Okta!

The Okta Identity Cloud First team has provided our organization with excellent support and was very helpful during the onboarding and implementation stages of the process. They are always available and very knowledgeable when it comes to the product. While we have had few issues throughout the lifetime usage, any problems are quickly addressed and resolved by the The Okta Identity Cloud team.

I enrolled for Okta Essential trainings and Okta Advance mastering skill trainings. I say they are very well versed so that post one can directly work on Okta Platform. Recently I'm preparing for Okta certification, hence I'm doing the training assigned for Partners, that too specifically for Okta Development. I would rate that training as 5 on 5 because the language and ease of understating is at its peak. They have dynamic trainings. Also, when you actually work on customers environment and you are stuck on some topic, there ae vast pages published for your help

This could be one of the areas for improvement. The few times we needed to reach out to OKTA for support Wait times were very long and required a lot of our time. However, since the platform Just works its few and far that you would need to call in the first place
