Meeting our needs. No gaping holes motivating need for change.

It is a solid product. We have some issues with the capabilities of the website building components and the out dated technology behind its communications software but overall Blackbaud Education Management Software services to combine numerous functions into one product.

We are only renewing because we are staying with blackbaud.

We are just starting and highly invested in our journey and partnership with Blackbaud. We have committed to this system and are finding new ways to incorporate it into our everyday tasks. For example, we now track ACT and SAT scores in the test section for each student. This allows the counselors to easily look up any students test scores in an instant.

Doesn't solve all of our problems / meet needs, but good enough for now.

We are invested in Blackbaud, it was a process to get all parents to commit to the portal. At this point, we are committed to keeping Blackbaud for the next couple of years as teachers and the community are already on board. Blackbaud is helping the organization become better time managers.

While their software is great for an end-user. It can be quite cumbersome in the backend. There are some things that are frustrating especially if you do not perfectly fit their dynamic of a school.
