I think One Signal is very well suited for mobile app owners who want to be in touch with their user base more easily by sending push notifications and in-app messages. I'm not sure how well that works for SMS messaging as I haven't yet tried it. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it if your in-apps are very rare.

1. It is well-suited for industries that want faster delivery of push notifications without any issues and the timing of push notifications is more important than money spent on it. 2. It is not suited for industries in which money matters more than the delivery time of the push and few errors in the backend are acceptable.

One signal is best suited for news and media publishing websites. Media agencies can quickly broadcast their news by sending notifications to their subscribers. It is not suitable for the corporate business where the is no frequent news and updates and most of the communications rely on emails.

I believe OneSignal is the best option when it comes to Push Notifications. Their platform is top-notch for Push Notifications, their pricing model is fair and their customer support is great. We have been using OneSignal for many years and are very happy, and would recommend it to anyone who wants to build their Push Subscriber channel.

OneSignal is good when you need a one-stop solution for push notification[s] on your multi-platform apps. If you are developing your apps in Android, iOs, Web / Webview, etc, and your Backend Infrastructure that [have] push notification for each app it will be so complicated. So OneSignal is the best solution, you just need to config your apps and your setting from Firebase / APNS and you are ready to go

OneSignal is perfect [for] Push Notification[s], In-App messaging, [and] general communication with your users into your app. If you have a developer team they will need to implement once and after that you get all [that] the platform offers. And its free until you reach a big amount of users.

OneSignal is not suitable if you [don't] have a technology team that can implement it into your app.

OneSignal is fantastic for getting push messages out on new content, special offers, and anything that someone visiting your website would generally be interested in. Keeping your content engaging is a great way to build an organic audience in a world that relies on social media traffic to fuel web traffic. It has a big opportunity to be overused, however.

OneSignal is perfect if you have a Wordpress site, a blog, or some website not extremely big. The only thing that people don't like about OneSignal is that to keep it free they need to sell some of your data like the traffic on your sites to advertisers.
