My team supported an ECM solution for a global customer provided by OpenText. Our customer was a well-known hospital gas provider/seller which has units all around the globe. We used OpenText LiveLink to store invoices, payment proofs, cargo/shipment documents, and general use documents.
  • The OCR system is really good with high accuracy (>99%).
  • Worldwide support from OpenText.
  • Vast documentation and knowledge-base for troubleshooting available on the web.
  • The installation and configuration steps need to be made by someone from OpenText due to the difficulty of the process.
OpenText Livelink is the perfect ECM tool for big companies such as our customers. It covers the whole archiving process including scanning, separation, rendition, OCR, storage, and customer-views through an SAP (in our case, R/3).
