Overall it it one of the best if not the best tool in the market. It has all the features we need and seems to be growing functionality so that there is a future with them as we grow our needs. The only issue could be price increases that we keep an eye on.

Because it's an incredible and essential tool for my line of work as a conversion optimization specialist. Really couldn't do my job nearly as effectively without it. It's paid for itself many times over and I feel like I'm only beginning to unlock the tools potential.

We're currently in the beginning stages of using Optimizely. We've been surprised by how resource-intensive its been. This may be specific to our product being more complex (news media company with paywalls, subscription plans, etc.) but initial tests have taken way more time to implement and monitor than we originally conceived. Still not clear if we will renew next year.

For the job, and for the PRICE, Optimizely is the best tool that we've come across. We've had plenty of experience with other platforms and I can't think of an instance in which I've wished that we were using a different testing platform. Talk is cheap though, so I'd recommend giving their free trial a test drive.

We have been satisfied with Optimizely and are not currently considering switching to any alternatives. However, we are not completely tied to it and if we found another solution that could fix a few of our pain points, we would consider switching.

There's still plenty of room for improvement on our website, and Optimizely is the tool of choice to help us find those areas and iterate on them. In fact, we hope to upgrade our plan to get even more support from the Optimizely team and tap in to their expertise to help us advance our business goals even further.

It's very affordable and easy to use, so I want to renew it. However, we're currently testing Optimizely to see if the code running on our paid search (Adwords) landing pages is affecting quality score. It appears it may be affecting quality score, and if we determine that it is then we'll stop using Optimizely and look at other solutions.

The cost of Optimizely is ideal - sure there are other software out there that could probably handle a lot of the issues we're having with Optimizely but they would be a small fortune in comparison. The ease of use of Optimizely, along with the price and great customer service will keep us customers for awhile.

As our site and expertise grows, we're more likely to move forward with Google Content Experiments as our testing platform. This is because as our business grows we don't want to pay steeper and steeper rates to test our traffic. Optimizely's ease of use is great for a beginner, but as we learn more we feel more comfortable with the alternatives.
