Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

The only reason why I have not given it a 10 is that I've only had a limited amount of time to use the program. My opinion may change over time, although I am currently very pleased with the product.

Overall customer service and impact went beyond our expectations. Before Optimizely, we weren't able to experiment and brainstorm due to tight deadlines and a fast pace. Optimizely allowed us to be more creative and test a variety of approaches on our website to hone in on our organization's voice and angle. There is no way we would've arrived at the results we did without A/B testing with Optimizely.

Besides the fact that we're already invested in the product, it's baked into our processes, it has become an invaluable tool in our arsenal. The realtime reporting alone is worth our renewal. We are very happy with the flexibility of the product (as well as the pricing) and will most definitely be renewing for the foreseeable future.

We would be very likely to renew our use of Optimizely because we believe that the benefits far outweigh the cost of the product. With Optimizely, we're able to conduct numerous tests which allow us to discover conversion rate improvements, ROI improvements, and increased business efficiencies. The direct benefits from the tests that we've conducted have exceeded cost of Optimizely.

So far we have been able to uncover key elements of website traffic, design, and development that can increase usability. From the testing we've currently done, we could not be more happier with the results we've achieved and we're excited about continuing to optimize our website to achieve far greater results in the future.

There's no question we'll continue with the tool. The ROI is too good. We've already embedded it recently into a new customized eCommerce platform we launched. The design of it had Optimizely in mind and is one of the technologies we won't continue without.

I'm also confident future refinements of the tool / extended functionality will address some of the minor headaches for the complex testing we wish to do. I am certain of this given the number of iterations I've seen since starting with the tool.

It's definitely one of the top three technologies we're using on a daily basis and that says a lot, as we never could test before.

Optimizely, not so much

We have not been able to fully implement the product on our website due to secure server issues and push back from internal developers who are concerned with it conflicting with code on the page. I have also noticed it takes consider amount of time to set up success metrics which are not the standard click through rate.

Literal drag-and-drop user controls in making page element variations make using this service a breeze for non-programmers. This greatly frees up time from engineers who would otherwise be called away to implement desired code changes.

Built-in analytics are comprehensive and already bundled in neat, presentable formats (in addition to being exportable).

A fantastic tool for startups, individuals, and even many enterprise businesses.

Customer and tech support are friendly and prompt. Their site has a user-submitted database of common questions and tips-n-tricks. Their API and code access ought to satisfy even the most hands-on of engineers.
