Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

Our prior experience was Evolution Payroll but it didn't meet up our expectations and the kind of excellence we wanted from it. But I would say that Evolution Payroll is another option for those who don’t want to avail multiple tasking and automated employment facilities like the way Oracle HCM Cloud offers.

Firstly, create a template for the data of human resources to be filled by the client with help from us, then We transformed the paperwork, excel, word sheets, did data cleansing and refined the data, and matched data with the correct fields inside the template and imported the data to oracle cloud hcm by using human capital management data loader

Before Oracle Cloud HCM we had never used any HR and workforce management tool. And having no such tool caused us a loss, as we were a complete failure in managing the HR department and HR is not something you can neglect. So I made a decision to get this tool in our organization and I can bet it stands out among all the software of this category.

Oracle Cloud HCM is a much more mature product and supports better both the centralization of the processes and capturing the local variants. Especially the local piece was the biggest problem of other platforms. Oracle Cloud HCM also constantly improves its application, ensuring that modules are well integrated and taking advantage of any potential for automation of processes.

Zoho is only suited for organizations [that] have [fewer] employees. Also, the role management part is very weak in Zoho. Time and Labor functionality is very naive and does not cater to the needs of the organizations which have dynamic employee movement in projects and departments. The whole process and cycle [are] manual effort extensive.

Oracle is providing better services than Rippling. It has gelled up the whole organization by making the entire department operate at a very optimal level. Initially, when we started using Oracle Cloud HCM, it was just on a regional level. Gradually it was rolled out all across the organization due to its great features, which definitely deserve applause. Hence, altogether I really like Oracle Cloud HCM, and so far, it is going very well.

It was a business decision considering all the pros, cons, and cost. Also, with an organization already using an Oracle on-prem HCM product, it is more likely to move to HCM Cloud than other vendors.

Oracle Cloud HCM is a perfect product that I recommend to any company that is trying to implement a solution for better management of HR and human capital management. This was the first implementation for me on the cloud. I learned about cloud-based technologies and I learned many things about modular HR.

We liked the subscription model offered by Oracle [Cloud] HCM. Also ability to harmonize our processes across business units and legal entities was the key driver. Advanced Customer support that is always available and product management team's collaboration is what we found to be a compelling proposition. My Oracle Support portal is a great way to communicate with customer support.

I am a user and not the decision maker in my organization on the purchase of Oracle Cloud HCM. As a user, the Workfront interface seemed less intuitive than that of Oracle Cloud HCM. That might be related to my familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM, however it was difficult to find the specific project code, and quickly assign the daily hours. Few other organizations have used custom-built applications, especially for time sheets, but Oracle Cloud HCM integrates very well with other Oracle products like Financials and with other custom applications. If your organization using Oracle Financials, then Oracle Cloud HCM is an easier product to work with for administrators and users.

I believe it's a superior produce because Oracle has designed it from the ground up with best practices in mind. They removed the ability to customize the product and taken away the need to do tools and application upgrades. They have also mimimized the need for heavy DBA resources as well as developer resources. This also pushes our clients to use best practices as the ability to customize isn't there and it gets costly to add bolt ons to the cloud system.

I did find Workday HCM to be a little more complicated than Oracle. I like the way I can navigate my way through Oracle HCM. Once used to it, it is difficult to shift to another similar kind of functional tool.

We looked at systems for performance, but I cannot think of the names of the systems. And I’m sure our organization considered other systems at a higher level, but Oracle was the best platform to accommodate the majority of our operations and make it easier for IT to maintain the functionality of one system instead of multiple proprietary ones.
