Oracle CX Commerce - Powerful Cloud Platform

Oracle CX Commerce Is A Grand Slam!

Always achieving more than we can as an eCommerce business platform provider using CX Commerce
- Revenue growth from increased paid subscription through custom pricing models.
- Connected supply chains to integrate each customer and business touchpoint for logistics workflows.
A powerful solution for managing multiple stores with a variety of catalogs and collections
- We are able to manage a large catalog that can be quickly replicated across stores
- Admins are able to manage multiple stores in different currencies
- Ability to roll out discounts and promotions
- Analytics around customer behavior that is actionable
A good eCommerce platform
- Revenue growth
- Order volume has increased month after month
You down with OCC? It's pretty good for me.
- We anticipate mobile traffic bounce rate to drop significantly and conversion rates to increase. We're still to early on in our implementation to confirm these findings.
An eCommerce Solution That Won't Disappoint
- As our sites are now much more responsive than before, we have experienced an increased amount of users accessing and purchasing from our site through mobile devices.
- The average order value has also increased a bit. Monthly revenues have risen by about $5500.
- Our core development team has been able to be more productive as some of the management work of the e-commerce site is being done by some of the members of the marketing team.
The Online World of Oracle Commerce Cloud
- New business
- Response time
- We are working to transition our inside sales team from placing orders in Oracle's E-Business Suite to placing them in ATG. We have found that we can streamline our ordering process allowing users to place orders much faster and be more productive.
- The implementation of ATG has been very expensive for us. We are on our third implementation partner. There are a good number of companies out there that claim to have experience implementing this product, but be sure to check references and see some examples of their past work.
- The user interface is much nicer than what we are used to with EBS, and we expect user adoption to go smoothly.
Oracle Commerce Cloud for B2B
- Still under evaluation.
Does exactly what it's supposed to
- Unsure at this time.
OCC Review
- Commerce cloud is helping us enhance our ship to store program dramatically
- It has driven lots of new customers and same customers as well to our website
- It has made our brand become more recognized
Can OCC make your website better? Yes, and here's how.
- There are a lot of contributors to our site growth, but with revenue up 20% year-over-year in 2018, OCC played a decisive role.
- Mobile traffic grew 22% year-over-year in 2018.
- Conversion and AOV are also both up year-over-year.
- Our customers where always happy with the results. Maintenance cost could be redruced, and conversion rate, average order value, etc. could be increased.
Drive Smarter Sales with Oracle ATG
- We were able to drive sales for one of our clients up by 50% over the course of a 6 month window by revamping their online web store with Oracle ATG.
- Sharing data and communication improved greatly between legal/finance and marketing.
General purpose e-commerce solution
- We've been on ATG for several years so it's difficult to quantify its impact on AOV and conversion compared to other products.
- Mobile in ATG is not the greatest. We chose to abandon ATG's native mobile offering in favor of a more flexible and fluid mobile engine built in house at less expense and requiring lower maintenance.
Oracle Commerce Cloud : Strong Integration
- Fixing site issues without waiting for devs to work through backlogs.
Good eCommerce System - Oracle ATG Web Commerce
- As a software engineer, ATG was one of the good framework products I enjoyed learning and working in my career path.
