Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

We thought our contact data was deleted because we could not find it in our account, turned out it was misplaced due to user-error, we logged into the wrong username and did not realize because we had multiple accounts. Pretty easy error to sort out but Oracle handled it well, understood our concern and reminded us we can share contacts across brands to minimize this in the future.

This is couple of years back before Eloqua was bought by Oracle. I was at a Eloqua conference and during one of the sessions my boss called me with problem in 3 of the campaigns that I'd set up for that morning. None of the emails where going through.

Not sure what to do without a laptop, I was looking around for someone to help and that’s when someone pointed me to a Elqoua support person. When I told him about the problem, without hesitation he helped me and connected me with another senior support person.

I think it's people like them who makes a big difference in companies and without a word, by just looking at my panicked face he started helping me and fixed all 3 campaigns. He also kept checking with me to see if everything else was fine.

No. I can recall several times we were promised they were going to make it right, but it always turned out to be a lot of talk and not a lot of real action. At the end of it, I would say we as a team were pretty soured on their customer experience and disappointed to have seen it take such a turn. I've had similar experiences when Oracle has acquired other vendors we used.

There have been several, but the most recent was when we were setting up a campaign to test a new version of one of our product page templates. Our dev team had most everything working, the campaign was set up and ready, but we couldn't get one of the tracking scripts to work and we couldn't get the campaign to display correctly in the sandbox. This was a time sensitive project, and our technical lead was quick to make himself available pretty immediately - he got on the phone with me and our dev team in Manila and helped walk through every aspect of the test and code. Within 45 minutes, he was able to pinpoint the problem with both issues and provide alternate code that would make them work. We had the test launched the next morning, met our deadline, and have seen extremely positive results from the campaign.
