Although it is not perfect, I feel it is the best. Even if Marketo has some better SFDC features, there you cannot set price on the Eloqua community! There is NO problem that cannot be solved by reaching out to the Eloqua community on TopLiners. You also get very fast responses from TopLiners.

We have enjoyed using the Eloqua solution and plan to continue with it for the foreseeable future as it is so efficiently integrated into our marketing efforts. We look forward to diving deeper into its robust offerings as well. The web interface and connections to third party tools also factor into our decision to remain loyal to Eloqua.

We believe Responsys offers the largest feature set in the industry. While it took some time for us to ramp up and feel confident using all the features in the beginning, we're now in a good position to take full advantage. Our investment is paying off in terms of regular, targeted interaction with our customers and prospects, driving traffic to our site and generating additional revenue.

We really like the direction the product improvements are headed and with the Oracle buyout it seems like more features are on the way. The training and support are solid as are the community resources. We will most likely renew but if the contract terms get too out of hand we could be forced to change platforms.

At my previous company, they absolutely chose to stick with Eloqua. For the purposes of our marketing and the ability to share and see data and designs from our other global region teams, it made the most sense as a solution. At my current employer I wouldn't suggest making the jump to Eloqua because we are a good mix between social and email campaigns, with landing pages and other efforts sprinkled in as necessary. For the social aspect, Eloqua just doesn't have that capability, so sticking with our current tool is the right choice here.

Maxymiser is used in conjunction with online analytics tools to help us improve conversion rate on our website. It is used in all markets across the group, with very complex tests in more advanced markets and simpler tests in less advanced markets. In some markets multiple departments use it and in others it is used by the online department only. It helps us understand the risks of the changes on the website, improve user experience and deliver better ROI of the online activities.

We are very pleased with Eloqua so far and they continue to improve their product. The product has done everything that we were expecting. We are excited about some of the new features in the summer 2014 release and feel that Eloqua will continue to work to improve it's problem areas.

We've already renewed a few times - each time we look at renewal, we find that there isn't another solution available that has the testing capabilities combined with the customer service that we need for our business. I've been testing online for about 13 years and I've been very impressed with Maxymiser. They're always willing to work with us to find solutions, be it technical, training help, campaign or strategy questions.
