Eloqua is currently being used within our marketing department only. We run our marketing campaigns and lead automation through Eloqua. Currently it is integrated with SFDC and few other third party applications. We execute email campaigns and host majority of our landing pages and lead gen forms within Eloqua.

Areas/departments are currently migrating their information communication (e.g. newsletters, news/events promotion) off of other third party solutions. Eloqua was chosen to help centralize all newsletters in order to easily manage CASL requests.

We use Oracle Responsys in many different ways within our promotional and triggered programs. It is helping us become more self-sufficient as we bring in some of our work in-house, so we can add additional features and support within Oracle Responsys. We look forward to the new AI features and innovation coming in the next several years.

We use Oracle Responsys for all of our email/SMS/push marketing. The product helps us to effectively communicate with our audience for ad hoc, campaign, and lifecycle messages. We use Responsys only within our Marketing department, but the solution helps tremendously for our B2C communication needs.

We use Responsys to communicate with our sitter and owner bases that we have on the Rover platform. Responsys allows us to send batch emails that have large audiences, automate emails, and analyze data on our sends.

First Data uses Eloqua as our main email platform for all email sends across the organization. We have deep integration with Eloqua into our Salesforce instance, and use Eloqua for all campaign tracking and metrics. Eloqua provides email sends internationally. However, the core usage comes from employees in North America. First Data employees create content and strategy, and use an external vendor to create the email file builds, execute the sends, and assist with reporting.

Our business unit is a part of bigger Eloqua customer. We've used Eloqua to inform and engage our existing customers as well as prospects. Eloqua allows us to make sure that our contacts receive relevant information and to monitor usage of it. We've also used Eloqua to track our user's behavior on our web site and adjust information materials to their needs.

We use Oracle Eloqua across 2 departments - Marketing and Fundraising (our version of a Sales department). Our Marketing team uses it to deploy mass, branded emails to our subscriber base made up of supporters and donors. We use it to garner fundraisers and donors, ultimately raising money for our organization. Our Fundraising team uses it on an Account Based Level to bring in and nurture leads.

Eloqua is used across a large business unit of my enterprise-level company. It serves as the primary hub for marketing assets and activities, integrating with the website and as Marketing's primary database integration with Salesforce CRM. We rely on Eloqua to integrate with all our other supporting vendors within marketing technology.

Eloqua is used by all business units globally to deliver all marketing emails. Email is our largest communication channel, and so it's critical that we have a solid enterprise level system to manage it. We engage in limited marketing automation, and are focused on converting from a corporate "batch and blast" attitude to a nurture based system.
