It's used across the whole organization, as far as I know. So far it solved all the problems per the traditional relational database (such as complex processing and faster performance), but It's not helping with the cloud. We're thinking about moving to a Cloud-Native database because we're looking for a dynamic database (not as static).

We provide consultancy service to a company's different sectors. In my account, we service a company in the financial sector. We provide services such as change and incident management, we work on service requests to provide access and manage users privileges, and troubleshoot performance issues at the query level to avoid impacts on established SLAs.

I support the decision-makers in deciding the database platform to use, both on-premise and within the cloud. The databases are usually operational ones (OLTP) for both custom and ERP applications. Some are enterprise data warehouses. All are to solve business decisions usually within a retail or financial vertical.

We use Oracle Database 12c for our mission-critical databases. It's almost used 60% in our entire organization. Oracle Database 12c has lots of good features that make troubleshooting and diagnosis easy and reduces downtime to the business users.

It is not used by the whole company, as each individual team picks the tools and/or technologies they want to apply, but many teams in my area use the Oracle Databases for a variety of reasons like to store users data, products they use in our platform, and to store some of our data configurations.

Our ERP is running on Oracle Database. We have 11 companies using the database, from the finance department, HR, and supply chain. We have issues with optimization and replicating due to slow links.

We are using Oracle Database 12c with version 12.2.0.1. Our database administrators upgraded our Oracle Database 11GR2 (11.2.0.1) with ease and started to use our environment with the expansion of new features and tighter security. We are using Oracle Database 12cR2 in the entire company and business users did not understand the upgrade process. As an architect, I used adaptive query optimization and online stats gathering as the new features which address my performance issues. As a developer, an increase of size limit on VARCHAR2, NVARCHAR2 data types, and inline PL/SQL functions and procedures helped me a lot. But having Identity Columns replaced my sequences. As a database administrator, online migration of table partitions or subpartitions helped me to move a part of the table without any deduction of any service. DDL logging helped me to log any type of DDL operations (such as truncate, drop partition or any other DDL statements).

I use to recommend Oracle Database to my customers to have a better implementation of their database. I helped them to do the best decision, migration or upgrade. More the fact that I support them into their hardware solution in combination with SE2 database.

We used Oracle EBS as our ERP software. The underlying database is Oracle. Apart from Oracle EBS we also have other legacy ERP systems that use Oracle Database as the underlying database. Oracle database is used across the whole organization.

We use Oracle Database 12c for larger database structure for those clients who have a larger business and have a lots of data to manage. Although we use MySQL for smaller businesses, Database 12c provides more features compared to MySQL.

Oracle is our primary relational database for all in-house development. We also have SQL Server, DB2 for z, and DB2 distributed as enterprise-grade installments, but when we get to choose where to put new data, it's almost always in Oracle. It supports our primary OLTP functions, as well as BI and warehouse. The balance of speed, security, and accessibility is what sets it apart.

As a Oracle Database administrator I administrate various Oracle Database versions in my organization for my client. We have Oracle Database 12C installed in more than 35 production server environments and we are in process of upgrading our 11G databases to 12C. Oracle company introduced Oracle Database 12C with huge number of new features to overcome the limitations of its older versions like 10g ,11g etc. I do installation of Oracle 12C version databases and upgrade my database from 11g to 12c version and administrate Oracle 12c databases. It's really amazing to see Oracle come up with wonderful technologies and features like
1) OEM 12C ,using which I can monitor heterogeneous databases along with Oracle databases, host monitoring, creation of groups, One link for OEM administration whereas in older versions we used to have one OEM link per server and it is really difficult to manage OEM links in huge database server enviornment. 2) Multitenant database 3) Recover table using Rman 4) Full database caching. 5) In 12C we can move data files online. Whereas in prior database versions we had to offline of shutdown the database in order to move data files depending on type of tablespace. 6) Single node RAC, Flex ASM, Flex cluster and many more features.
I had great experience working on Oracle 12C and I highly recommend using 12C as it helps you to secure your database in many ways and gives you wonderful features hence allows easy administration.

The Engineering and Business Intelligence teams use Oracle Database as their primary data store. The Oracle Databases serves as a data warehouse that powers all of our applications. Oracle Database is very reliable and performant. With its many features, it can easily be queried in a SQL client or connected to any application (Java in our case).

Our company is using Oracle databases to support almost all aspects of the business. We use it for our ERP system, Commerce integrations, Marketing, Sales, etc. Since we use many Oracle applications, the Oracle databases go hand in hand as the back end storage mechanism for all the various apps we utilize.

We are currently using the Oracle Database as a backend support for the client websites developed at the workplace. The clients are financial institutions all around the world so we have different data centers to ensure high availability. We also use Oracle to keep backups of the data in case of any disasters, so that the vital data could be recovered efficiently. A lot of departments are using Oracle in the company including developers, QA analysts, and the customer support team.

Mostly, we found it very appropriate for one-to-one training sessions. It is very well secured, where firewalls and other content filters are activated, and thus it is extremely reliable. We used Oracle Database 12c in various department and it works great to support virtual environment. It can also be used to archive data.

Oracle Database, has been used as the Enterprise Data Storage solution for many years in our company. Even today, when a lot of new NoSQL database products pop up, more than 80% of corporate and regional data is still stored in Oracle Database. Oracle Database serves us well in most of the business use cases, performance wise and stability wise, in different domains like operation, clearance, reporting and post ops analysis.

Ours is a software product development company (SaaS). All our databases including OLTP and Data Warehouse are on Oracle 12c. It is the most reliable, scalable, performance focused and manageable database available in the industry to the best of my knowledge and experience. It gave us the flexibility to scale easily and manage our complex requirements.

Oracle Database 12c is used by almost every team in the organisation. It is our primary RDBMS setup, and our entire tech stack is built around it. All our business applications and services run on top of Oracle Database 12c. The biggest benefit from using Database 12c is the reliability. In all the years of using any Oracle Database, we have seldom encountered issues that were solely database-centered.

It is being used for the company business needs across the whole organization. Oracle 12c is very robust, highly reliable and stable with high availability. It is being used for financial accounting, online purchases; the backend database is also used for reporting and data processing. Also, several other in-house applications use Oracle Database 12c at the backend.
